Condo 109 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor has a private patio outside the two floor to ceiling patio glass doors. It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Great location, but beware that not all rooms are created equal
I booked this room that it shows in the pictures. The day of my arrival I was told that I had been upgraded to an oceanfront room. This was great...I thought...It was in fact an oceanfront room...However the amenities that are shown in the pictures were not what I found in my room. My TV was now an old small box style TV in the living room...and 1990's décor. We stayed in the room as the view was better. That afternoon I discovered a moldy shower, so strange as the rest of the room was very clean. I also had to request several more towels and washcloths, as I was only provided 2 towels. The hot water went out one morning, and the internet connection is extremely poor. The location is perfect...Shuckers has great food, and the beach is lovely. Staff did all they could to help, so I cannot complain about that. Just be careful if you decide to book that you get what you expect.

Great Location! Food Great at the Restaurant!
Our Family loved the location and friendly staff! They got us additional towel, blankets and pillows for our kids! Food was Great with a wonderful view of the ocean!
Warm pool, and it was big. the kids went swimming every evening!
I wish we would of got the condo with ocean view instead of sunset view.
Defiantly will next time!!
