Rent this furnished cozy single family home with three full bedrooms, three full bathrooms and central A/C to keep you cool and comfortable. An open plan living / dining / kitchen area provides plenty of room and convenient access to a private screened patio with ceiling paddle fan in the rear of the home. All bedrooms feature ceiling paddle fans and new queen sized mattresses. Residence is located on a corner lot with a large landscaped side yard and off street driveway parking.
The value added benefits from this rental flow from it's ultra convenient location! Situated on a quiet residential street in Jensen Beach, the property is less than 10 minutes from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean at Jensen Beach on Hutchinson Island for swimming, sunning, and fishing, and just 5 minutes from downtown historic Jensen Beach with delightful restaurants, cafes, and retail shops. Even closer are Frances Langford Park with sports fields, courts, and children's playground, and just one block west is the waterfront Riverside Park that features a fishing pier, music events, and the Children's Museum. Two public access golf courses are within 15 minutes away for those that like to find their Florida sand on the links!

Should I Stay or Should I Go?
Definitely stay and say "Hello" to this unique rental! And, be ready for a trip back a few decades. The decor is pristine 80s, and the split-plan layout with three bathrooms and a screened-in porch is great for a family. For folks who enjoy antiquing, this is a "Once in a Lifetime" opportunity to live it. So don't "Beat It." Instead, "Take On" this rental and "Walk This Way" to a comfortable, clean house in a welcoming neighborhood. A-Ha!
