The beaches of Hutchinson Island are a mere 3 miles across the lagoon. This 2 Bedroom and 2 Full Bathroom 1200 sq foot, free standing house renovated and updated in 2021. The house has all the amenities. Brand New AC, Impact doors and windows, stainless steel appliances, solar system, full spray foam insulation. There is a brand new slider door giving access to a brand new paver patio oasis. There is all fresh landscaping with 16 new trees and dozens of new flowers and shrubs.
