Swim in the brand new, heated saltwater pool or venture five minutes from home to the best beaches of Hutchinson Island. Take your much deserved vacation at the Jensen Beach Pink House!

The Jensen Beach Pink House is a brand-new new construction home just completed in June 2023. It is conveniently located in the heart of beautiful Jensen Beach.... just 5 minutes to downtown Jensen and 7 minutes to downtown Stuart. This home provides 2100 square feet of interior living space, 600 additional square feet of garage and game room space, as well as 2000 square feet of patio and outdoor space. This home has everything and was planned for the vacationing family! The luxurious custom turf mini-golf course has an unmatched 5 holes for hours of adult or kids challenge and fun! The decked-out garage will become the spot where your kids will absolutely not want to leave. The garage houses a ping pong table, pool table, SKEE ball machine as well as a classic Ms. Pacman machine. We also have provided four beach cruisers that will be available for use at all times. No other vacation rental in Jensen Beach offers a setup like this!

When you’re tired from riding bikes and playing pool, enjoy a family movie night on the huge sectional! The kitchen contains everything you will need to prepare movie night snacks. If it's dinner you’re making, we have provided everything you will need for a grill and chill kind of night.

Make your way out to the back patio and enjoy the *heated* saltwater pool! The brand new 5-hole turf mini golf course is a child's (and golfer's) dream. We have provided putters and golf balls so there is no need to bring a thing. Relax and watch your family swim on the pool loungers or enjoy a fire in the concrete fire pit (no need for wood, it’s propane, and it’s provided!)

The covered patio boasts relaxing patio furniture and the grill. It is also fully fenced with a safety fence to keep our littlest guests safe. The baby fence can be removed, however if you choose to remove it, we ask that you do so with care.

All bedrooms contain medium firm memory foam mattresses as well as dressers, and coat hangers. All linens and towels are provided… no need to pack anything!

Among the many amenities offered, the Jensen Beach Pink House also offers practicality and necessity. Items included in the home available to all guests include beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys. Inside we supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and coffee and sugar in the kitchen. There are two TV’s available for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
The Jensen Beach Pink House supplies many children’s items including a pack and play, highchair, kid’s tableware, toys, and nightlights. Also, an umbrella stroller is available for use.

Moke Rental
Enhance your vacation experience with the only Moke available in Jensen Beach! We have purchased this EV Mini Moke strictly for renting to our guests and providing our guests with a one of a kind experience. The Moke is an additional rental not included in the nightly rate of the reservation. To reserve the Moke, we rent it at a rate of $135 for a 24 hr rental with a $199 fully refundable deposit required. When we receive the Moke back and it is damage free, we will issue you a refund of your deposit immediately. Proof of valid driver license and signed liability and damage waiver required for booking.

Communication problem.Owner blamed renter for property shortcommings. Owner failed to respond adequetly to renter's concerns. Pool was hot chiller did not work repairs unsuccessful,owner's response "Its Florida" and " This is not a hotel". Ice machine on refrid inoperable owner brought 2 bags of ice for 11 people for 4 day stay told renter to "buy your own", A/C unit could not keep up with outside temp which was hot. A/C unit too small? Pets are accepted by owner with additional clean up fee.TV in master bedroom too small. Livingroon couch too low and uncomfortable. Property not recommended due to owner's convoluted communications. example "my husband fought in Afganistan" has nothing to do with rental.

Beautiful new construction home with a gorgeous pool. The home had a fabulous game room with a Pool Table, Ping Pong, PacMan Arcade and so much more. A fully stocked Kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and and bathrooms. The host is one of the kindest and responsive hosts that I have ever dealt with. This was by far the best family vacation!

My teen sons and I live two towns north and wanted to enjoy a vacation in our own area, so we booked the Pink House. Each son brought a friend, and the house was absolutely perfect for us! There was ample space for everyone to sleep, the pool area and putting range were great and the garage game room was a crowd favorite. We were a quick drive to the beach, the mall and Publix. We cooked meals at the house and it had everything we needed. Christi was communicative and friendly. Highly recommend this property!

Practically Perfect in Every Way

We had a great stay at The Pink House! Everything was wonderful. (And I am usually pretty hard to please) Christi is a great host; her communication was excellent, and all went smoothly. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location, near Downtown Jensen Beach, Hutchinson Island, restaurants, and Langford Park was a wonderful place to walk around and enjoy the weather. We were in town for a family wedding, and we liked this property so much that I am planning to book it again in six months for the next family wedding!

Pink House Paradise!

Beautiful property and great communication with owner! Wish we had booked more days. We had a group of 8 and we had so much room for everybody. Property was immaculate and a great variety of activities to keep everyone happy. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area. Highly recommend!

A perfect try alternative to hotel rooms for our group of 5 golfers

This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s close to the restaurants and bars in downtown Stuart and a short drive to the Stuart area golf courses.
