I was told upon check in, the bar/restaurant would be closed due to staff shortage. How does that make sense for a Friday/Saturday stay? The bed was made with just a fitted sheet over the mattress and very uncomfortable in comparison to the Westin.

Starbucks restaurant. No breakfast Buffett. Parking was complicated with no explanation. Staff was combative and disrespectful when I asked for help. Lock on room door malfunctioning.

The room was not cleaned well, especially the bathroom. There were hairs in the bed. We heard rowdy guests in the hallways multiple times throughout the night into the early morning. It's a shame, we've stayed here before and we didn't have issues like this at all.

the first room was clean but had a musty smell. was glad that the front desk staff transferred me to a different room. also I wish they were more honest on their website about the price for parking. It's really $36 not $30. the staff did not honor the price on their website when I showed them what it said.
