Das Personal ist sehr freundlich , die Lage ist shr gut . Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr sehr sauber . Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und das Frühstück ist auch super. Der Lift ist leider schon sehr veraltet und langsam und die Parksituation ist nicht gerade optimal. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut und ich werde dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen!!

Lovely hotel

Had a really nice stay here. The hotel is traditional in its decor and very clean. The rooms are a little small but not a issue for a couple like us and also benefitted by having a balcony to sit out in the evening. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The hotel is very close to the beach and some very nice restaurants.

per essere un 4 stelle, l’ hotel mancava di particolari attenzioni e rifiniture. In bagno, la maniglia e il seggiolino doccia per disabili (mio figlio ha disabilità!) erano scrostati ed obsoleti, il frighetto datato, l’ aria condizionata non era in automatico, in un asciugamano ho trovato una ciocca di capelli!!…… Inoltre ho trovato il caposala piuttosto scorbutico! ad una mia richiesta ha risposto “ non sa leggere i cartellini?” Insomma l’ hotel si presenta molto bene all’ esterno e si trova in un’ ottima posizione, ma per essere valutato 4 stelle, manca sicuramente di finiture e raffinatezze, compreso tra il personale!!

Ottima posizione a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia riservata il cui accesso e servizio sono inclusi nel prezzo della camera; quest'ultima confortevole, pulita e dotata di aria condizionata. Buon ristorante e personale estremamente cortese e professionale. Unica notazione: la troppa luce esterna notturna obbliga a tenere chiusa la tapparella ... peccato.

Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend wurde immer sofort aufgefüllt. Zimmerreinigung funktionierte auch sehr gut. Der Pool sauber, konnten unser Enkerl kaum aus dem Wasser bekommen. Können das Hotel wirklich empfehlen.

Mittelmäßiges Hotel

Es ist kein wirkliches 4-Sterne-Hotel, meiner Meinung nach. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmerausstattung ist schon etwas älter - könnte ausgtauscht werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auf den ersten Blick zwar üppig, aber das Gebäck ist nicht frisch, das Obst kommt aus der Dose, der Orangensaft ist eher ein Sirup, als ein Saft usw. Im Frühstücksraum ist es eiskalt! Unbedingt eine Weste mitnehmen. Der Pool ist schön. Alles in allem habe ich im Vorjahr im Hotel Hollywood gewohnt und obwohl dieses ein 3-Sterne-Hotel war, ist es besser ausgestattet (neu eingerichtet) und das Frühstück war deutlich frischer.

Das Team hat jeden unserer Wünsche (z.B. das Fahrzeug für die Abfahrt entsprechend zu parken...) einfach toll umgesetzt und das zu einer relativ ausgebuchten und hektischen Zeit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, sowohl beim Check-In/ -Out als auch während des Frühstücks und Abends im ganzen Haus. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit - von der Rezeption, über das Service-Personal beim Frühstück wie auch die Zimmermädchen. Ich würde einen Aufenthalt dort auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wer sich an der "etwas in die Jahre gekommenen" Einrichtung stört - bucht besser wo anders. ;) Für uns war alles "tutti bene".
