Unorganized Hotel with not so good rooms & breakfa

Checkin was not smooth as the hotel said they have not received my booking and it took them several hours to find my booking. At checkout again the receptionist asked for room payment which was already paid during booking. Breakfast menu was very limited and not up to the mark in quality & taste.
