Everything with this hotel is great but the one of the staff shuttle driver that picked me up on the 3rd of January 2026 morning hours offered a terrible service the attitude of being rude and arrogant do not align with this kind of industry

Good night's sleep, good shower, good food served in the restaurant, good complimentary shuttle service, proximity to the airport via the shuttle is approx 10 mins. I didn't avail myself of the pool so can't comment on it. Two small issues during my stay were a lack of WiFi on the 3rd floor which I'm sure would have been fixed by now and the working desk was very impractical for laptop use. Would recommend!

Floor 1 was very noisy with inconsiderate locals banging doors and making a noise at 4am . I avoid this hotel because of the noise . No Castle Lite draught on tap - it has run out !! Sounds like poor stock taking ! The chicken burger patty was beyond oily and disgusting to eat . Maybe grill the chicken in future or ask the client what he or she wants ! No coffee in reception in the morning . Coffee should be on the house for guests . Hotel bus is not properly signed . Left door of bus has no signage . Hotel needs a shake up

The hotel and location were fantastic but the wifi was dropping off while in the room on Level2 which led to needing to sit in the restaurant downstairs in order to access WiFi… and that also eventually stopped working!
