It’s a great location and there is airport shuttle. But the service could be better . Asked for room service and waited for an hour and food never came. Thus is after being told only the limited menu was available as such one would expect the food readily there. Went to restaurant only to find food sitting in a pack. Phone wasn’t working despite telling the reception to fix this. On chedkout asked for concierge to help with 5 suitcases, waited in the room over 30min and no one came. Great facility, service could be better

The staff were helpful and very polite. The reason for my 4 star was the restaurant on the main floor. Not impressed with my meal on the main level. We had drinks on the roof top the next day and wished we had eaten there instead.

I was only there for a few hours and mostly worked through the night. The hotel is quiet and clean as well as comfortable. I was happy the rooms didn’t have carpets as these sometimes can bring odors and dust. The hotel is not as close to the airport as I thought, it’s a 15 minute drive about, but doable with the shuttle or uber. The shuttle could have better signage so that it’s clear it’s from the Radisson .

Stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions. The first room we stayed at, the room had two giant hairballs and the floor felt gritty so I don't think they cleaned the room properly. We had the breakfast box and it was really good (even though we didn't get everything we ordered. The hotel was very secure, had a security guard manning the gate and checking all cars.
