Great property, clean and as advertised. They even provided the garage door opener if you wanted to park in the garage! The only drawback, which didn’t affect us due to the weather, is the AC. The instructions were to not turn it lower than 72 during the day and 68 at night which seems fine but the master is much hotter than the other living areas. Again it was fine for us as it wasn’t hot outside but if it was it could be a problem.

The family enjoyed the stay. We could have used more and bigger towels. The master bedroom shower leaks at the bottom of the door so the floor gets wet. It would be nicer to have a queen bed instead of twin beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the pool! Overall we had a great time! Thank you!!

Beautiful home close to town!

This house was perfect for our little family reunion weekend. The house was beautiful, well stocked, and clean, and the pool was wonderful! We explored around town easily because the house is located near all the things! Kids loved the Science Mill, adults enjoyed the shops, and the food options were great for the whole family. The owner was excellent in responding back quickly and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be booking here again next time we come down this way!

Darling rambler with comfortable beds, updated kitchen, large dining room and wonderful pool! It was 95 and sunny during our stay so after hiking it was marvelous to have our own private pool to enjoy! Had trouble getting the hot tub heated in the evening when it cooled off. But that was the ONLY issue we had! 10/10 would stay there again!

Birthday Wine Tasting weekend

Great location and perfect for our group. We dined “downtown” Johnson City And went to a wine release event at William Chris. Our host was super accommodating and responsive as we had a slight issue with the new heating system. Highly recommend this home to others and we plan to return as well.

Awesome Place

Really loved the house and location. It was perfect for my husband’s bday celebration with friends. The house was furnished nicely and everything was clean. I was very paranoid about breaking any rules. There were so many and a charge listed for everything done wrong, that it wasn’t easy to sleep at night, honestly. I am a natural rule follower. The beds were comfy. The place was spacious. The location was perfect. The hot tub was great!

The perfect Hill Country Christmas

We had a wonderful stay. Grandma was able to enjoy all 4 of her nephews. Home was well equipped with a huge dining table and we were able to all eat a family after grilling on the charlcoal Weber grill. We were only a 4 minute walk to downtown to enjoy all the beautiful lights and nightlife.

Very Nice Place

The house was really nice. We had a great time spending Thanksgiving. The house is a few minutes walk to the courthouse and PEC where all the lights are. Was really easy to get in touch with the host whenever we had questions.

Great Location

We loved this location. Our intent was to visit wineries between Johnson City and Fredericksburg, and we found Johnson City to be a great hub. We didn't really cook, but there are plenty of pots/pans and dinnerware as well as utensils and spices. The bedrooms were well appointed and all rooms were spacious. Did not use the pool beings it was pretty cold, but you do have the option of heating it for a fee. The backyard is huge with lots of privacy and seating. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great family gathering

My children, grandchildren, and I spent a week in the house. Everyone had fun in the pool, and we appreciated the big dining room table for the games we love to play. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. We’ll come again.

Great Experience

The house was very clean and had all the amenities that are needed. The backyard, complete with a pool, hot tub, covered area, grill and firepit, was a paradise to enjoy after hoping around nearby wineries. Great trip to celebrate with family.
