Theresa’s home was clean and tidy.She was very kind and helpful with our stay.It was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a couple nights stay.We were there on a Boone lake fishing trip. The home is only 10 minutes from the boat ramp we used, so it was the perfect location for us.I would definitely book again if in the area!

Great place near Johnson city and Boone Lake

The house is older but it is located in nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. It had everything we needed. There were lots of kind extras that were not expected, but definitely appreciated. We were not in the house very much because we were at an event at the lake; however, we were able to rest a bit each evening before bedtime and utilized some of the games and living area. It was very comfy. The house was easy to find with a level driveway and carport. The owner was quick to respond to questions and has a nice intro letter with local info at the entryway. My teens were disappointed we didn’t have the opportunity to stay longer. I recommend for a stay near Johnson City or Boone Lake. We would stay again if in the area.

Perfect !

We needed a quick place to stay after a family gathering about 15min away. This house was perfect in every way. Plenty of room to accommodate our little family. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. She went over and above and even pulled out the couch bed and had it made for us. I would 100% recommend this stay. We will be coming back when we are in the area.
