A modern and comfy double-storied with Guarded and Gated precisely located at the heart of Bukit Indah with 4 mins drive to Aeon Jusco, Tesco, bus interchange to Singapore and various restaurants. That is also near to Tuas (second link).
The space
This unit is great for 10-13 pax which is a Beautiful Garden View with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comes with ;

Guest access
a) During this sensitive period, BBQ, party or event is prohibited. You can make a small gathering with your friend and family, but please keep in low profile.

b) All guests must get fully vaccinated (completed vaccination)

c) We will sanitise the whole unit after checking out in order to protect all our guests.

Basic rules and regulation

1. It is advisable that you seek for our permission, if you intend to use the unit as bridal unit or for wedding reception, buffet party or any other purposes. The minimum booking period for such purposes should at least last for TWO days. Otherwise, your booking will be terminated immediately with no refund. We reserve the right to impose additional charges if the guest use this unit to carry out the above mentioned activities without our permission.

2. Illegal activities are strictly disallowed such as taking drug and ecstasy pills, if caught, the guests will be handed over to the authorities without further delay.

3. No pets are allowed.

4. No vandalism in the house such as drawing on the wall or damaging the properties.

5. Footwear are not allowed in this unit, accept for the in-house slip-ons.

6. Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited. An additional charge of RM300 will be imposed if any smell of cigarette butts found in this unit.

7. During your stay, please preserve our environment and be rational in water and electricity use. Please switch off all the electricity and water before leaving.

8. Please use this unit that is at your disposal, equipment and inventory carefully as your house.

9. Please handle the house key and access card with care. In case of damaging or losing, we will impose RM100 for compensation.

10. Please avoid making noise in the house after 23:59 hours. Please do not disturb other residents who want to rest.

11. We will impose minimum RM100 ( based on condition ) as cleaning fee if there is any massive cleaning needs to be done upon check out.

12. We are operating a basic self-check in and we will send you the procedure when it comes to the date you booked.
