dated hotel. in dire need of a renovation. Went in Sept for a friend's wedding and had to turn the fan on... it was HOT and humid especially post shower (2 person occupancy). the window opens but not enough. hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion. did not have face towels. complimentary breakfast was nice+good.

An enjoyable and relaxing stay in Jonkoping

The hotel is ideally located in Jonkoping. 2 minutes walk from the train and bus stations. The hotel is on the lakefront and there are nice lakeside walks and beaches. The hotel is well decorated / maintained. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful (with local knowledge). The breakfast provided by the hotel was very nice with a wide variety of hot and cold options. There is an English style pub attached to the hotel with a wide range of beers and a good selection of food. The room allocated was on the small side but fine for a single occupant. There was a fridge and coffee / tea making facilities. Jonkoping is a nice town with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and town

This is a great quality hotel in a perfect location. We stayed there a few nights in August of 2025. Room was clean and we had no issues. Love the fact hotel has two bikes that one can use for free. Breakfast is a typical Swedish food and very good and high quality. We have no complains and would recommend the Hotel 100%.

A good location

A nice hotel with a good location in central area of Jönköping. Room spacious with large separate beds joined into a double bed. Very comfortable. All the things you need like hairdryer, iron and ironboard were in the room as well as a well equipped minibar. Cleaning ok but staff could have been more thorough. Left dirty glass and cups and room was not checked thoroughly before our arrival. Water base in bathroom partly blocked for the water to run through, light boalb in the lamp above bedside not working. And was not replaced before calling for the third time to reception. However staff in the breakfast room very serviceminded, excellent in fact, and so was the selection of food. Fresh and very good. A good selection of vegan food! Our stay there would have been an excellent experience had we stayed in a different part of the hotel. A bit too noisy on 1st floor, close to nearby pub and other. The last to mention is that hotel provided not there own el changing point for el cars, there are one outside hotel where u must download an app, and the same goes for the one in their parking garage. A bit disappointed about the lack of information regarding that. Ended up finding other. Also guests have to pay to hotel for parking in their garage.

A bit disappointed at breakfast. We ate early (8am) many of the food items were gone. Restaurant was the only part of hotel not clean.

The property is very centally located and within walking distance of the lake, dining, shopping and bars. The only issues we had were the small shower and the parking which was about a block away.

Very well situated, but a lot of noise throughout the night with the trains etc. Booked a premium room, however, amenities were limited and the room was small- more in line with a basic room so wouldn’t pay more for a ‘better’ room.
