The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and upper floor to ensure a harmonious and functional living experience.

On the ground floor, the heart of the home is a generously sized living and dining room adorned with tasteful furnishings and a panoramic window that floods the space with natural light. This inviting area includes a dining table and a flat screen television, and opens directly onto the terrace and swimming pool, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, featuring an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and its own dining table, making it ideal for preparing and enjoying meals. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, you will find all 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower. The second bedroom also features 1 French bed of the same dimensions, measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The remaining 2 bedrooms each contain 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shared bathroom with WC serves the upper floor, providing convenient access for all guests.
