Little details like key wouldn,t open door, faucets and mirrors weren,t clean , stairwells weren,t clean, bed looked like it had been made by my grandkids, a large mousetrap in breakfast room. The pool looked clean, the lobby was nice, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of lighted parking, just needs updating and cleaning.

Walked into room after checked in wet towels on bed, room had not been cleaned went to front desk made a complaint they gave me a different room, almost left to go to another motel, looked like bed had not been changed, very trashy, loud, breakfast was not the best the gravy was like water and sausage. The first room we were given had dirty sheets. There was hair from the previous occupants in the bed and pillow. Room not clean at all. The second room was better but still not clean. Very disappointed. Staff tried to accommodate the best they could.
