The Space:

This home is surrounded by incredible wildlife, natural beauty, and some of the darkest night skies in Southern California. To help preserve this special environment and be considerate of our neighbors, we kindly ask all guests do not play music of any kind, and keep conversations, and other noise at a respectful level throughout their stay.



This is not a party house. Please do not book this property if you are planning to party.



Music of any kind is not allowed at this property at any time. Portable speakers, DJ equipment, amplified sound systems, and other external audio devices are strictly prohibited. Conversations should be kept at a low volume to avoid disturbing neighbors and wildlife. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excess noise can result in county fines that will be passed on to you as the guest and the termination of your reservation without refund.

The space blends a rich, atmospheric tone with soft natural light, offering a sense of ease and quiet privacy that makes it easy to unwind. Thoughtfully placed ambient lighting throughout allows the home to transition effortlessly from bright and natural during the day to more intimate and inviting in the evening.



- Outdoor Amenities -

The outdoor space is designed as your own private desert setting: open, peaceful and inviting. The in-ground pool and spa with stone edging create a natural place to spend the day, while a wood-burning fireplace and fire pit offer cozy gathering points as the sun sets. Front and back patios provide different experiences, from slow mornings in rocking chairs to evenings under the pergola with dining, a BBQ and lounge seating. A shaded crescent lounge area adds a unique spot to relax, all set against wide desert skies and ideal stargazing conditions. The home features a fully fenced backyard, providing added privacy and a secure outdoor space to relax and enjoy your stay.



- Living Area -

The living space welcomes you with an immediate sense of openness and ease. Earthy materials and natural textures create a grounded, moody atmosphere, softened by a warm glow of light that shifts throughout the day. A bay window anchors the room, bringing in natural light and adding a quiet architectural moment that connects the interior to the surrounding landscape. Handcrafted details throughout give the space a distinct, personal feel without overwhelming it. A projector setup adds flexibility to the experience; whether it’s music playing while you spend time outside or winding down with a movie at night. The space transitions effortlessly from daytime lounging to cozy evenings in.



For larger groups, a queen trifold memory foam mattress and sheets are located in the garage and can be set up in the living room for extra sleeping space. You will find the extra pillows in the middle bedroom closet cabinets.

The kitchen is designed as both a functional workspace and a natural gathering point. Centered around a large island with bar seating, it offers plenty of room for cooking, conversation and shared moments. A custom-built dog nook integrated into the island adds a thoughtful, unexpected touch. Finished with warm, natural materials, the space includes quality appliances, ample prep areas and a dedicated coffee station nook that makes mornings feel easy and unhurried. It connects seamlessly to the dining area, creating an environment that works just as well for casual breakfasts as it does for group meals or longer, lingering dinners. Outdoor dining under the pergola extends the experience, with a BBQ setup that makes it easy to enjoy meals in the open air.

The entire property is yours to enjoy! Please note that the 2 closets in the hallway and the outdoor storage bin in the garage are being used for storage for supplies for the rental that is locked to guests.
