Please leave and use telescopes inside the house or top patio area. Please do not bring down the steps to the bottom patio area as these scopes have tiny little parts that may come off and won't be functional without these pieces. The scopes are very sensitive to moving and may easily get destroyed. Leave in the upper patio area so that future guests can use after you have enjoyed them!
Stock Tank Pool/Cowboy Tub is operational only during the warm months(April until September) and is drained after every guest check-out. The Hot Tub is operational all throughout the year. It is plug and play, so it has a lower voltage and does not warm while jets are on and vice versa. To make sure it heats up to the desired Temp, turn off jets first and once temp is reached, you may then turn on the Jets on the settings. Please turn off and secure hot tub cover on top with straps when not in use. SWAMP COOLER(not regular Air Conditioning) is what cools down the home. The controls are in the hallway by the 1st bathroom. You'll need to open the living room and one of the bedroom windows just a tiny bit in order for the warm air to be circulated out of the home and keep cool air in. The temperature controls are ONLY for heating.
