This room leads out onto the covered terrace, which is furnished for enjoying a good meal overlooking the garden. - Bedroom 1 overlooking the river: Queen-size bed (160Ă200) and two single beds. - Separate WC with washing machine.
2nd floor: - Bedroom 2: a Queen-size bed (160Ă200) (can be split into single beds) and a cot with bars (130Ă60). - Bedroom 3 with garden view: a double bed (140Ă190). - Bedroom 4: a double bed (140Ă190) and an en suite shower room with WC. - Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed (160Ă200) (can be split into single beds) and single bed (170Ă110). - A second shower room with a shower and two washbasins. - Separate WC.
Outside: - A beautiful 550 mÂČ south-east-facing garden with furniture to make the most of the fine weather. - A pleasant 30 mÂČ stone terrace with a splendid view over the river and the ArdĂšche plateaux. - The garden level is unoccupied and comprises cellars, one of which is lockable, where you can store your bikes. - The house is semi-detached, so neighbours have right of way via the stairs to the first floor, but the house, garden and terraces are entirely private.
The area: The house is ideally located in Joyeuse, in very pleasant surroundings. Adjacent to the river, in the heart of a hamlet, you will find all the essential shops nearby.
Other comments: - The fireplace is decorative and should not be used. - Free Wifi available. - Household linen is extra: 10⏠for a double bed / 8⏠for a single bed / 2⏠for a pillowcase / 4⏠per person for towels (1 large and 1 small) / 4⏠for beach towels / 2⏠for a tea towel / 7⏠for a tablecloth. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, clean the household appliances after use, the fridge and remove the bed linen from the separate beds and damp towels, and empty and take away the rubbish in the outside bins. Thank you in advance! - A maximum of two pets are accepted on request, at an additional cost of âŹ20/stay/pet. Please specify this when booking, and make sure you do not leave any evidence of their presence inside or outside. - The car park is 100 m from the house, but a car can get close enough to unload luggage, even right up to the gate, but it is narrow. - The house is semi-detached.
