Very upsetting!

The house was burgled. Police very efficient, made full report next day at headquarters. Items of wife jewellery stolen from her suitcase. Owner tells us we are covered on her insurance via text. We checked the VRBO contract which confirmed the relevant clause for the owner to comply. On return the owner stated that her insurance would NOT cover our losses! Await VRBO to sort out.

Wonderful house, wonderful owners

We spent a lovely week at Ker Catherine villa with our two boys. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and relaxing in the sunshine in the lovely garden. Thank you Catherine and Stephane for being such welcoming hosts. We hope to return soon!

A beautiful house

We were so pleased with this lovely house and surroundings. Stephane and Catherine gave us a warm welcome and all the information we needed. The property was immaculate and offered everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and had everything required for an enjoyable stay. Jullouville is a lovely resort with restaurants and beach and the surrounding countryside is very pretty. We would highly recommend a stay here for both couples and families.

Séjour absolument parfait dans une charmante maison, propre, confortable et parfaitement fonctionnelle grâce à ses nombreux équipements "comme à la maison". La propriétaire est une personne adorable que nous sommes ravis d'avoir rencontrée. Idéalement située à 10 mn à pieds de la plage et des commerces, la villa n'en reste pas moins un havre de paix, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Bref, une expérience 5 étoiles ! Merci.

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle, avec une décoration charmante, un jardin agréable et tout le matériel nécessaire. Nos hôtes sont aux petits soins pour nous et l'accès à la plage ou aux centre ville se fait à pieds, ce qui est bien pratique (il y a un monde fou en été et les places de parking sont rares)

Schöne Auszeit und bestes Klima während woanders eine Hitzewelle war.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Während im Landesinneren Temperaturen weit über 30C waren herrschten auf der Halbinsel angenehme Temperaturren. Die Wohnung war ruhig gelegen, aber nahe genug um zu Fuß zum Bäcker, den Geschäften und dem Wochenmarkt zu gehen. Der Wochenmark ist insbesondere am Freitag sehr zu empfehlen. In der Gegend gibt es einig Attraktionen, die man sich anschauen sollte. Schlösser, Burgen, Parks, Museen, Klöster, Calvados-Brennereien etc. . Wir bekamen von unseren Vermitern auch ein paar gute Restaurantempfehlungen. Wenn man etwas sucht kann man in der Region sehr gute Restaurants finden. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub

Deux semaines merveilleuses

Un grand merci à Catherine pour son accueil très chaleureux et convivial. La maison et l'emplacement étaient parfaits ; restaurants, boulangerie et même la plage étaient facilement accessibles à pied. Nous avons suivi les recommandations de Catherine concernant les restaurants et boulangeries locaux et n'avons pas été déçus. En résumé, de merveilleuses vacances, où nous avons beaucoup visité et avons eu beaucoup de temps pour nous détendre dans le jardin..

Un séjour inoubliable chez Ker Catherine et un site coup de coeur : Jullouville !

Une très jolie villa correspondant en tous points à la description qui en a été faite : propre, très agréable à vivre, très bien située, dotée d'un magnifique jardin ainsi que de tous les équipements qui rendent le séjour inoubliable ! Un accueil très chaleureux, des propriétaires très organisés et au petit soin ! Une station balnéaire splendide, assurément en devenir... Nous recommandons à 100% et reviendrons inévitablement, peut-être un peu plus tard en saison afin d'éviter les petits caprices de la météo !

Cela fait la deuxième année que nous séjournons dans cette location. Nous avons passé un excellent moment tout comme l'année précédente. Location très bien située, au calme, et les commerces à proximité, ainsi que la plage. Propriétaires charmants et à l'écoute.

Maison très agréable et très propre, et je sais ce que je dis car j ai eu déjà quelques mauvaises expériences, propriétaires accueillants et disponibles (merci beaucoup !), si j ai l occasion c est sûr ns reviendrons ici (je garde précieusement vos coordonnées) , et de plus tout peut se faire a pied ( courses, marchés, boulanger, plage,…) et qu aux alentours il y a plein de choses à voir !… merci
