Maintenance required

Great complex and location. Unit 46 is one of two units that does not have shade sails to block the afternoon sun. Kitchen was great with updated appliances. Bathrooms had leaky showers and patched up walls that needed paint. Very dim lighting. Bedrooms fine although no lamps in main bedroom. Skirting boards falling off in hallway. Just run down and not 100% clean.

The location was fantastic. Close to everything. The pool area and bbq areas very well maintained. However the unit we stayed in was terrible. Holes in the walls, dirty benches and dishes. Just gross.

Overall appearance

Having stayed in your villa's before and have enjoyed the cleanliness I found Villa 46 in need of a good spring clean. The main toilet's seal has urine stains which seem to be under the seal. There were cobwebs and a dead spider around the lights in the sitting area. The seats and table area had cobwebs and spiders around the table and chair legs. The inside of the kitchen cabinets need a good wipe down and the wooden chopping board has seen better days we couldn't use it and had to purchase a new one along with a spatula as there wasn't a spatula in the drawer. Also in the ensuite each time you have a shower the water floods out onto the bathroom floor.
