G110 - Ground floor, close to ocean and all amenities, great view

G110 is a very popular and frequently requested unit. It’s a completely renovated studio and an extremely beautifully appointed unit. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and bar area, granite countertops and top of the line stainless steel appliances including a fridge with filtered water. Conveniently located in a closet adjacent the kitchen is the stacking washer/dryer. The spa bathroom includes a generous walk-in closet with lots of storage space.

This is a unique unit because of its privacy, location and view . It's in the only single level building on the property, the ' G ' building. There will be no one above you so it is very quiet. It is like being in a single family home. It is one of only 4 units in the building and it faces to the golf course and ocean. The “G” building is one of the closest buildings to the ocean. Also, it is a few short steps to the covered parking area. Lots of groceries and bags? No problem! You're only a few short steps to the front door of our ground level unit.

It's a short walk to the Kaanapali Beach or If you wish a short ride on one of the golf carts at the Maui Eldorado, which will take you to our Private Cabana on the beach. All you need to do is make a phone call to the front desk and request a ride down to the beach.

Our private cabana has an attendant who will provide towels for your use while down at the cabana. There are also beach cots and loungers available for owners and guests. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and showers. Also lots of tables and chairs.

There are also three pools on site. The large main pool is located close to our unit with adjacent hot tub. There are also 2 smaller pools located on property.

However, if you don't want to go anywhere, you will love the atmosphere of the lanai, the ocean views and sunsets , overlooking the 3rd green of the Kaanapali Royale Golf course, sitting in your quiet, relaxing spot, yet close to everything!

We are located close to Whalers Village and on the Ka'anapali Royale Golf Course, right behind the famous Black Rock by the Sheraton Hotel which is known for its great snorkeling. We are conveniently located near shopping, dining and the beach. Take a stroll on the beach or delight in the many restaurants and shops which are all within walking distance, right in the heart of world famed Ka'anapali Resort. You will be happy you chose this spot for your Maui vacation!

The concierge, located in the lobby, is a good resource if you require tickets to any of the local attractions or just information about things to do on the island.There is a vast variety of activities that you can do.

If you choose to stay in G110, I hope the you will feel very welcome. We have tried to make everything as comfortable and convenient for your stay as possible. Should you want to explore other beaches, we have included beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler and a few boogie boards that you are very welcome to use. During your stay if you have any questions there is a guest binder that you might look in or you are very welcome to send an email or phone call with your question. Front desk is also very helpful.

The resort fee includes parking and access to brand new gym, 3 pools, bocce and shuffleboard courts, and the ever popular cabana on the beachfront which includes towel and chair service. Also shuttle service by golf cart to the cabana if requested. You will be provided a parking pass when checking in.

Host is fantastic! Excellent communication with them! This is our second stay & we will come back again. Great location,l - beach, pools, BBQ very close to residence. We take lovely walks along the beach & short walks to Whalers Village to enjoy restaurants & evening music. Shops there if you are inclined. Decor in the studio is so well done. Everything about it is PERFECT!

My husband and I enjoyed every moment of our stay here! Lorraine’s condo is beautifully decorated with so many lovely, personal and thoughtful touches. From the fully equipped kitchen to the incredibly comfortable bed no detail has been overlooked. Beautiful well appointed unit steps from parking and one of the three pools. The beach is great and the cabana has beach chairs, towels a refrigerator and bathrooms. Lorraine is a pleasure to deal with. As someone else said, if it’s available, grab it!

Very convenient location

The property is conveniently located a short walk to the beach and east to get Ubers anywhere. It is spacious and clean. You can also get a free trolley to the mall, or otherwise it may be a half hour walk. The bus stop is in walking distance and you can tour anywhere on the island with it. Some of the drawbacks were that the phone and internet did not work for a few days after we got there, and we had to do the laundry for the towels provided by the owner, which was the first time we had to do that at a vacation rental, especially as they add cleaning fees to the price. We had to get a tech to fix the phone and internet. We did not use the pools since the beach was there but they seemed to be a bit dirty to use in any case. We did appreciate filtered water from the fridge. Cost was a bit high for the property in general but it is a great location.

Amazing!

We made an impromptu decision to visit Maui which is so unlike us. I spent very little time researching properties and stumbled upon this one that seemed too good to be true - right location, ocean view, right price. Decided to take our chances and am I ever glad we did! Lorraine was amazing right from the start and called me to explain the late check in process saving me from an outrageously priced hotel by the airport. She checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was going well too. The condo was well equipped and we had no problem cooking several meals. The pool was great and not crowded and it was a short walk to Black Rock and Whaler’s Village. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!

Home Away From Home

I have been staying at Maui Eldorado for over 40 years. This is the first studio we have ever stayed in. Perfect is an understatement. There was not ONE single item I needed that I could not find. Loved the decor. Golf course view with the ocean in the background was spectacular.

This unit is a perfect space for a vacationing couple. The unit is well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of pans, dishes and appliances for cooking. Also a nice supply of towels so we didn’t have to do laundry so often. We had everything we needed and more. This unit is very conveniently located next to the parking garage and pool. Ideal location on Maui

If we could give this place 6 stars we would! It was a beautifully appointed, super clean, spacious, Polynesian-vibe, quiet unit with easy access to parking, pool, beach and Whaler's Village. The owners provided beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Although we didn't use it, there is also a fold-up wagon for pulling things down to the beach. The lanai was a great place to relax and read in the morning - looking out over the golf course at the sparkling ocean. We enjoyed the beach cabana where we made use of the complimentary beach accessories (beach chairs, beach towels, restrooms). In addition to the basics, the unit had so many extras - everything we needed to make our stay so special. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The owner, Lorraine, reached out to us and was very easy to communicate with - wonderful hosts!

Beautiful location

Room G110 is one of the nicest at the Maui Eldorado. Location is perfect, close to everything, great snorkelling at black rock and the cabana on the beach is a great way to relax. This suite is nicely remodelled and very clean. Lorraine’s communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Maui Never Disappoints

Exactly as listed. Beautiful views. Great property. Cabana a nice bonus. Good service from staff. Great communication with owner. Zero complaints. Would stay again. A bit of a walk to beach but can take golf cart ride for free if needed. Great boardwalk to walk along and close to whalers village shopping and dining. Little convenience store across street hood for a few necessities. A bigger grocery shop would need to be in town at Safeway. We skipped rental car this time and it worked for us. Uber very easy here. Saved a load of money. But we love walking. Put on 16-20,000 steps a day!!

Lovely location in front of golf course near ocean and Black Rock—perfect for snorkeling!

We enjoyed our stay despite 2.5 days of thunderstorms. This apartment was quiet and clean and within a three minute walk to the beach and more importantly right next to the Sheraton & black rock—my favorite place to snorkel! The kitchen was lovely and we grilled by the pool. Lorraine was a pleasure to work with.

35th Anniversary trip

I looked for a long time to find the right property for our trip. This unit was everything we had hoped it would be. It is very well situated overlooking the golf course and is nice to look out and see the course with the ocean in the background. Easy walk to the beach and all of the amenities that Kaanapali beach offers. Yet when you are on your own patio it is nice and quiet and let's you enjoy your peace. Lorraine was great at communicating and check in was flawless. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Maui!

Gorgeous G110

I arranged for accommodations for my friends to come to Maui this year and was so fortunate that G110 was available. We had stayed in that unit many times before over the years and loved it. I have to say my friends were blown away by the size and location of G110 and amazed by how many items were already stocked in the unit. There was only one very minor issue during their stay and Lorraine dealt with it very quickly and very efficiently. Could not be happier for my friends’ first trip to Maui! 🌮
