Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

HAWAIʻI CLIMATE: Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports geckos, ants & occasional roosters. Despite regular pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected; any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.
