The entire experience was great. Hotel-like service with the benefits of having a fully functional apartment. Everything was well equipped. We had two meals in the studio each day and ate out once. We had a rental car, which we would recommend to anyone that likes to explore and is in Maui for more than the luxury resort experience.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Karen at the front gate made me smile every day. Chill vibe just steps away from the crowds at the big hotels and Village. Go to Safeway and buy your own umbrella for the week, and ABC/Longs for beach chairs.The place was super clean and views from Tower 2 were great. Underground parking a plus. Tennis courts looked nice, but no organized program, so went to Royal Lahaina Tennis Ranch most mornings for lessons/clinic. Use the concierge to book excursions, especially if you are booking travel with Expedia. They navigate the credits for you and maximize value. We will return.

We had a 2 Bed/2 Bath corner condominium with a million dollar view. I wish that the condo had been a bit more updated, but the locations...amenities...staff...pool...closenes to the beach and being next door to Whaler's Village made this the perfect choice! Laundry facility was in the condo, along with a full kitchen. I highly recommend

Our room was clean and efficient. We looked out over Whaler's Village and could smell the wood burning oven from the lanai. It's a large hotel but we always found lounge chairs at the pool when we went. They also have chairs that you can take out to the beach free of charge which was a nice touch.

Location and amenities at the resort were great. However, our room was very outdated. The room smelled old and like mildew. The bed was very uncomfortable resulting in poor sleeps. The patio furniture was old and uncomfortable as well which prevented us from enjoying sitting outside for long periods. Given the state of the room I would not return to that specific room but resort is very nice.

Beautiful room with views of the beach and black rock. We used the cooking facilities and everything you need was there. Great pillows. Our only complaint was the light over the dining table was so low it was easy to hit your head on it when standing up.

Property was great. Our apartment was tired. The couch was unusable. They put in a sheet of plywood under the worn out cushions. Instead of replacing it. Toilet ran constantly. The location is great and the grounds are beautiful.

We had an amazing condo on the 9th floor that had a huge lanai and was oceanfront. Lots of whales, beautiful sunset and the moon was great at night too. We had a wonderful stay .
