Whale season is from mid-December through mid-April each year. You can enjoy seeing whales and calves frolic and breach right offshore from the comfort your lanai. What a wonderful way to start your morning -- with a cup of fresh Maui coffee, counting whale spouts.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware with plastic for the pool area, wine and martini glasses, silverware, huge assortment of kitchen utensils everything you need to prepare meals at home.

In addition to the new 55” Samsung SMART flat screen HDTV with new Samsung Blu-ray DVD player in the living room (added May 2016), our unit also features a 40" Vizio SMART flat screen HDTV in the loft bedroom, and a 32" Samsung flat screen HDTV with new Samsung Blu-ray DVD player in the downstairs bedroom. We have an iHome docking station for your iPhone/iPod or other listening in the living room. You will enjoy high-speed WiFi internet access throughout the unit, with our complements.

The upstairs loft bedroom includes a brand new (May 2016) King Mahogany bedroom set. Enjoy amazing sleep on our new top of the line King Stearns & Foster mattress. We provide it with the hope that you will get your best sleep ever! The mattress has a dual coil system for the absolute best back support in the industry. There will be no "saggy" mattress in our unit like so many other Maui condos. The coils in our mattress will give you firm support while offering gentle pressure relief for the sensitive side sleeper! You will sleep cool with the quality Cashmere cover and layers of New Zealand wool providing a very breathable, temperature regulating cushion to ease joint pressure for your deepest relaxation. The downstairs Queen bedroom set includes a brand new (May 2016) Queen Northwest Bennington plush mattress. It is an equally amazing mattress giving the support and comfort for the best sleep of your life. There is ample closet and drawer storage. Enjoy a 32” Samsung flat screen HDTV and new Samsung Blu-ray DVD player. The closet contains a tower fan, beach umbrellas, ice chest, a portable clothes drying rack for extra drying space, iron and ironing board, a growing DVD collection, books, and games. There is also a programmable safe to protect your valuables.

The lanai has a new deck storage box that secures beach chairs, noodles, and a few pool items. Our beach umbrellas are quite large, so you will find them in the downstairs bedroom closet.
