Located on the top floor and accessible by elevators or stairs, this newly remodeled private suite offers a bright and airy layout with direct water views facing the islands of Lanai and Molokai from the kitchen, living room and lanai, and mountain views from the entry and bedroom.
Kahana Reef 406's fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new cabinets with tons of storage and a clean and modern back-splash. The living room features new carpet, fresh paint, a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen HD TV.
The bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, full-length mirrored closet doors, and accent wall. Other extras include free long distance to U.S. and Canada and free high speed internet.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):**
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):**
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
