Check in was the worst! Arrived in the evening and although the front desk clerk tried to give directions to the building/room it was impossible to find. Very POOR lighting so bad I fell on the walkway! The room was clean and spacious Cute sign instructing to remove shoes but the carpet had nails that we all stepped on and cut our feet Swimming pool was closed for maintenance and the next one next to us was empty A nice complimentary Hula Show was an added plus

Check in/out was fast. Parking was good. I just felt nervous because I had to walk the same path the cars are coming and leaving. It’s super dark and I was hoping I wouldn’t get hit. I used my flashlight on my phone. Property well maintained. The pillows sucked. Everything else was fine. The room was nice and big and clean.

We stay here often but was disappointed this time around. We dealt with a really rude front desk staff member, did not get in the area we requested, did not get our daughter's room close to our room, and were just not impressed with customer service. Spas were either too hot, too cold, and not working. We will try one more time and then go in search of a friendlier place that is better maintained.
