The Hualalai Resort will host the annual Chairman’s Club event from December 1–6, 2025. Please note that access to certain resort amenities may be limited or restricted during this time for residential rental guests. The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place from January 22-24, 2026. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

This spacious, ocean-view villa enjoys the premier location within the Golf Villas at Hualalai Resort, affectionately known as the "front row". Situated in the heart of the resort community, 3101 Kumukehu Street features unobstructed ocean, golf course, and sunset views and quick access to the beach and all Hualalai Resort luxury amenities. With your own private ocean-view jacuzzi, room service available from Hualalai Resort around the clock, air conditioning, high-speed wireless internet, complimentary housekeeping tidy clean every seven days, and up to two hours complimentary pre-arrival grocery shopping and delivery service, guests will find everything they need for a peaceful, pampered stay.

This lower-level corner unit with no stairs, 3101 Kumukehu has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a total of more than 2,800 square feet of tranquil vacation living space with fine finishes such as koa cabinetry and stone flooring. The ocean and golf course-view primary suite, separated from the other bedrooms for privacy, boasts a private lanai and an en suite bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, and heavenly outdoor shower garden. A second bedroom offers its own lanai, along with two twin beds which can be converted to a king bed upon request and another en suite bath with deep tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The third bedroom, which also has lanai access, has a queen bed and an en suite bath.

The beautifully appointed kitchen at 3101 Kumukehu comes equipped with top tier appliances, as well as a wrap-around bar with seating. The expansive great room includes inviting furnishings in several seating areas, a large flat-screen smart television, and a dining space for six. Floor-to-ceiling pocket doors, which maximize the views of the ocean, ancient fish ponds, and the 18th fairway and green of the Jack Nicklaus-signature Championship Course, also allow a seamless flow to the large lanai.

Take advantage of the outdoor gas barbeque grill, and then dine al fresco. Unwind on the chaise lounges and absorb the tranquility of your island surroundings. Soak in your private hot tub under the stars, listening to the waves break nearby. Guests of the Golf Villas also have access to the Hillside Villas community gated pool and hot tub right across the road. Just a five-minute walk also leads to the beach, or a two-minute ride in the provided golf cart leads to all the amenities at the Hualalai Resort; with payment of a daily resort fee, guests have resort charging privileges for the pools, spa, golf, tennis, fitness center, and dining. Amazing stay!

Our family had a great time. The location was perfect and provided easy access to walking to/from the resort. That was a huge benefit because it meant it was ok to have different schedules! Unit was well stocked in the kitchen so made cooking breakfast and BBQ so easy! We loved our stay here - beds were comfortable and property mgmt company was super responsive! Definitely recommend!!

Amazing Hualalai stay

We have been to the Four Seasons many times and it was the first time in a condo. Ironically I looked at these condos in the early 2000s and should have bought one then. The condo was fantastic, clean, comfy beds, great view, and the most incredibly stocked kitchen I have ever stayed at. We actually may return next year!

Comfortable and Relaxing

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. The property management team at Elite Pacific was outstanding in their communication, both before and during our stay. At one point we could not locate a makeup mirror (which we eventually found) but they still had another mirror delivered to our door. We very much enjoyed the hot tub (which was actually hot)! And having access to the golf cart made use of the amenities at Four Seasons very convenient. The outdoor shower in the master bath is heavenly! The property lived up to our high expectations and is accurately depicted in the photos and description. There was a small ant problem in the master bath, but it was not overly problematic. This slight negative was highly overshadowed by all the positives this unit has to offer.

We have stayed on the Hualalai property multiple times and in the Golf Villa units multiple times. This was the most well organized and cleanly unit we have stayed in yet. The property management was available to answer questions and their response time was excellent. We will definitely be back!!!

Great Stay

This property is fantastic, and well set up for a family. It's located just outside the Four Seasons resort, so it feels like you are a hotel guest. You can even get room service here. There is a great little beach just across the 18th fairway and a path that continues up the coast where you can find some sea turtles resting in the sun and watch incredible sunsets. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, and Elite Pacific were great hosts. We needed some trash bags when we arrived and an adjustment to our hot water and both were sorted within a couple hours. There is a golf cart you can use to drive to the resort but you really don't need it given the proximity. We will be back!

Wonderful condo in Hualalai

This was a fantastic place to enjoy the big island. The condo is large, and right on the 18th fairway, with great views of the ocean and sunsets. The condo was well appointed, especially the kitchen which we used regularly. It was exactly as described and we'll stay again in the future.
