Welcome to The Seashore Escape, a stunningly beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing direct oceanfront condo near the heart of Kailua Kona on the big island of Hawaii! Yet, the condo itself is very private and quiet for an amazing relaxing, restful, and memorable vacation!!!

Come and enjoy this splendid piece of paradise! Condo sleeps up to 4 people. Entire condo has just been completely remodeled! Everything is brand new and simply gorgeous! This condo is even more amazing and special in person!

Excellent location in Kailua-Kona. Walking distance to numerous restaurants & shops; yet this condo is very private and quiet.

Condo is located at the very popular Kona Reef Resort and is beautifully decorated in the calming teal and blue colors of the ocean. As owners, we have spared no expense to make this condo extra special to share with all of our guests!

This condo is truly a direct oceanfront condo and not just a condo with a view of the ocean from a much farther distance away. (Only the condos in buildings A & D at Kona Reef are true direct oceanfront units.) Additional details about The Seashore Escape:

One bedroom: new king bed with beautifully carved new mango wood headboard with matching full-sized wall mirror, large dresser, two nightstands, 43" smart TV, all new furniture, ceiling fan, split air-conditioning A/C unit in bedroom. (The other A/C unit is in the living room.)

Bathroom: stunning walk-in shower, new toilet, vanity, and sink. soft, lush towels that match the accent tile in the beautiful walk-in shower.

Kitchen: brand new full-sized kitchen, all new appliances, oven with air fryer, extra-large sink, fully-stocked with all new dishes, utensils, and pots and pans for cooking, and counter-height breakfast bar with stools. Exquisite and adorable, teal-colored sand dollar kitchen cabinet doorknobs.

Living Room: new couch with comfy queen sofa bed, all new furniture, 65" smart TV, lovely seahorse lamps, split
air conditioning (one A/C unit in living room and one A/C unit in bedroom), extra-wide ceiling fan, and stand-alone fan.

Private Lanai: large and spacious outdoor balcony (porch) that expands your living area: New, expensive Polywood table & 4 tall chairs, which allow guests to see the ocean OVER the railing and not through the railing. New teakwood lounge chair. Lanai offers superb front row sunset views! Enjoy morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, or a glass of wine on the lanai as you enjoy the sights and the sounds of the blue and teal waves rolling in and crashing right before your eyes! Lanai has a ceiling fan, ceiling light, pull-down sunscreen if needed, and gorgeous views of the coast looking both to the left and to the right.

See whales, dolphins, turtles, & manta rays from the lanai. Whale season is November to Mid-March. Enjoy watching surfers, boogie boarders, and individuals parasailing over the vast ocean in front of you.

Other Extras: Beautiful crown molding throughout condo. Brand-new air-conditioning units in bedroom & living room, which cool the entire condo. Cable TV with streaming services. Washer & dryer inside of condo for guests to use at no extra charge.

Free parking, free Wi-Fi (high-speed internet), and NO resort fees.

Amenities: heated swimming pool (heated all year long), jacuzzi (hot tub), and barbecue grills. Swim or relax on a lounge chair in the pool area, while you listen to the ocean waves come rolling in on the opposite side of the pool!

Beach/Pool Equipment: extra-large and lush beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach mats with built-in pillows, pool noodles, and cooler available at the condo for guests to use can all be found in the large deck box on the lanai.

Snorkeling: Honl's Beach is a one-minute walk, small beach for snorkeling. Condo is not far from Kahulu'u Beach Park, a much larger and wonderful place to snorkel, with lots of fish and usually very calm waters.

Island activities: swim with manta rays, whale watching, fishing, black beaches, green sand beach, coffee plantations, surfing, boogie boarding, snorkel trips by catamaran or high-speed raft, hiking, Volcano National Park, Mauna Kea and the observatory and/or welcome center, South Point and the lava tube (the southern most part of the entire United States), trip to Hilo to see waterfalls, chocolate-making tours and chocolate tasting, coffee farm tours, and much more.

Annual Event: Kailua-Kona is home to the annual Ironman World Championships. From our private lanai, you can watch the Ironman swimmers swim in the ocean right in front of you. You can also watch the long-distance canoe races at various times throughout the year! (Ironman is usually within the first two weeks of October. Rates are at peak levels during that time.) Book your Ironman trip now, for a stunning front-row seat to the competition or to be close to all of the action if you are a participant!

Access to Condo: From the front parking lot on Ali'i Drive, its only 5 steps down to our 3rd floor condo. Other parking lots have elevator access, but a short number of steps are still needed to get to our condo, A-25.

Possible early check-in or late check-out: At times, we are able to let guests check in early before 4:00 or check out later by 11:00 a.m. or noon, instead of the ordinary 10:00 a.m. check-out time. However, these accommodations are made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the housekeeper's schedule that day and whether we have another guest checking in or out that same day or whether we have a scheduled maintenance or repair that day. If you would like a one or two-hour early check-in or a check out, please ask us about that at least two days in advance and understand that we will do our best to accommodate you. However, given the housekeeper's schedule, we simply cannot guarantee late checkouts, but we will always do our best to accommodate your requests whenever that is possible.

Late Flights Home: If you have a late flight home that is not in the morning, and you would like to continue enjoying the condo that afternoon or into the evening or if you would like to use the condo to shower or freshen up before you go to the airport late that day or you need to use the condo to store your luggage, please consider booking another night so that we can be sure to accommodate your needs. Otherwise, another guest will likely have already booked the night of the day that you are leaving, making it impossible for us to accommodate a late checkout past the morning hours, unless you have not reserved that full day for yourself.

Please be advised that Hawaii law prohibits smoking and vaping in hotels and condos or on the condo property, except in limited and marked places. There is a very small smoking area near the parking lot.

Mahalo! Perfect location to base our Big Island adventures for the west side of the island. Beds were comfy and plenty of amenities to make our vacation perfect. The cookware came in handy when everything was closed New Years Day and the beach gear was a great touch from towels to a cooler! We loved the Lanai view for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening and my kids said they could hear the waves from the pullout which helped them have perfect sleep. Amazing condo and hosts! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The condo had been updated very recently, and virtually everything was brand new. The Condo was spotless when we arrived. Host was very responsive, and a dream to work with. We were provided beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a cooler. There was an excellent set of knives in the kitchen. The air conditioning worked very well. The property was in easy walking distance of much of the main drag of Kono.We really couldn't be more satisfied with our stay.

The Seashore Escape was recently refurbished with everything we needed for our vacation! We especially loved the gorgeous ocean view, the rain shower, and furnished kitchen. Everything was new and clean with a seashore theme.The WiFi was helpful since cell phone signals were poor in the area. Be sure to get the door code ahead of time for easy check-in. There’s even a washer dryer in the unit with ample closet space and extra linens.The pool has a sauna and BBQ area too. Perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. Stores and shops are nearby so it’s easy to stock up for n necessities.For future Kona trips, I definitely plan on staying at the Seashore Escape!
