Absolute oceanfront top floor condo with FREE AC thru-out!

3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - suitable for up to 6 guests. The person responsible for making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age for this property.

From the moment you walk in you will see and hear the ocean.

Full-sized remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and tile floor. All of the large and small-sized appliances needed for a quick meal or a gourmet meal using our fine local produce. The open floor plans allows the chef to enjoy oceanfront viewing while cooking.

The living room is oceanfront with an oceanfront desk if you have to bring work along with you or if you just feel like surfing the net as you watch the surf.

The media room serves a dual purpose... It offers a queen-sized cabinet bed that opens up for super comfy sleeping oceanfront allowing the waves to lull you to sleep. shoji doors for privacy and an ensuite tile bathroom with a newer walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer in this bathroom. Across from the bathroom is a large closet for all your needs.
TV has cable and we offer free WiFi.

On the main floor is a second bedroom suite offering a king bed viewing the mountain and trees. Watch the sunrise over Hualalai from the bed and listen to all of the wonderful songbirds welcome the new day. Enjoy lots of closet and drawer space in the bedroom. There is an adjacent full tile bath offering shower over tub.

Walk up the stairs to your "top of the world" third master suite which offers you a king bed and full bath. Be wowed by the views of the ocean, treetops, and mountains. This bedroom suite is so special with lots of storage and great space, The bath offers double sinks, a makeup vanity area, and a 2 person walk-in tile shower.

Let's not forget why you came to visit... The large lanai off of the living room and bedroom/media room features a large table and chairs.. 2 chaise lounges and viewing of dolphins and whales in season. You get YEAR-ROUND SUNSETS from this lanai, privacy, swaying palm trees, and stars at night. Don't forget to watch the moon set into the ocean if you wake up early.

Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club is a gated 16-acre condominium community offering impressive grounds and amenities including a huge pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, BBQ grills, grass volleyball, ping pong table, covered pavilions, and walking paths one of which takes you to a little known beach that turtles love to frequent.

Amazing room view and management would get back to my messeges.The only thing stopping a 5 star rating is the living room door does open. Lable says it broken. . Seems its been broken for a while. Not good for the person sleeping in the room with the only working sliding door. Otherwise its a 5.

Beautiful view and location. Comfortably houses 6 adults. Close to hotel, small beaches and town. Four vs five star rating due to cooling issues within home for a couple of days. Sliders to lanai need to be locked shut - but sliders hard to lock. Also lanai is too hot to use when cooling inside is on. All and all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful views, comfortable accommodations. Had some trouble with sliding doors to deck and dishwasher. Also one toilet needed several flushes.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Spacious unit with a great patio. The AC units work well to cool down the unit including the upper unit once they are on. Kids loved the pool and pickleball after dinner. Mahalo for a wonderful few days!

Nice unit but very hot, broken A/C

We roasted. The loft was 91, and with the exception of the front bedroom, we sweated continuously. They provided room ac for bedrooms, but the vaulted ceilings were beyond the capacity by far. Nice unit but otherwise. We bought a fan for the living room and a set of fry pans, because of warping.

Charming Oceanfront Condo

The location of this condo is perfect for going to Kona, the beaches, restaurants, airport and more. We loved our stay here. The place was exceptionally decorated and had everything we needed for a 9-night stay for six adults. The rooms were comfy and clean and having three full bathrooms was fantastic. The management was communicative and responsive - exceptional really. We felt welcomed and special upon arrival and our two milestone birthdays in our group were delightfully acknowledged with some thoughtful gifts upon our arrival. This was one of the BEST experiences that I have had with VRBO and I would recommend these folks to everybody. I honestly felt right at home in this charming place and I felt that management went out of their way to make us feel this way. After being awake for nearly 24 hours to get there, we could not have been more pleased. Thank you for an awesome time. I cannot wait to come back! Sincerely, Lori and crew.

Beautiful Oceanfront Stay

Had a wonderful week stay at this oceanfront property. Easy check-in and check-out with accommodations and furnishings even better than expected. Location is convenient to Kailua-Kona, restaurants, grocery, and local beach park for snorkeling. A lovely property with amenities on site, have stayed at multiple units at Kona Surf and Racquet Club and will most certainly return.

Wonderful stay at Kona Surf and Racquet Club

This condo is beautifully situated, can't beat its view. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay--plenty of kitchen items, towels, household items, games and beach gear (including tons of beach towels). Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable, and it didn't bother us to have the TV room blocked off at night to create a 3rd bedroom; it worked beautifully. And we loved having a bathroom for each bedroom.---huge plus with adult kids. The upstairs loft room has a huge bathroom with 2 sinks and large walk-in shower which were very nice. Be aware that in the loft bedroom suite there is no door from the bedroom to the bathroom, but you still have a ton of privacy due to the room configuration. While it didn't bother us it's worth mentioning if you have a group that would need the extra privacy of a door in that suite. The complex is located close to a shopping center which is super convenient but a bit of a drive to Kona itself. If you like being away from the busy town, this place is ideal.The management was very responsive to questions and we had everything we needed. It does help to know there is no elevator for those with any mobility issues. All in all, it was an awesome stay, and we would come back!

Whales galore!

We loved out time at your condo. We felt like we had a huge screen tv to look at all of the time and spent a good amount of time with binocs looking for whales. One did a full breach not to far from shore. Spectacular!!!

Out of the tourist trap

Close enough to Kona to enjoy all the offerings but far enough out to be out of the crazy. We prefer the quiet side. Great spot to get to a canoe tour of Captain Cook and to night diving for manta rays. One note - we went out on the balcony to watch sunset and it’s hot out there, which no big deal, however when we closed the slider to keep the A/C in it locked behind us. Luckily another sunset viewing family was kind enough to come up and let us back in as we had no phones and where in our post beach attire. A core memory for the kids and something to laugh about but watch the door!

Grad Celebration 2023

We have rented this condo before, and when our daughter was offered a trip as a graduation present she asked to come back here, without hesitation. The added in-unit beach and water sport equipment made excursions effortless. Now that we know our way around, we recognize the convenience of location, proximity to grocery, pharmacy, snorkeling, even cinema for and rainy days. Our best family vacation to date!

Beautiful Place, Beautiful View

The condo was as beautiful as pictured. We so enjoyed sitting on deck and watching sunsets. Tastefully decorated and plenty of supplies - very welcoming and appreciated! The upstairs "loft" bedroom was amazing. Washer/Dryer was large and excellent. It is either a long walk or very short drive to snorkeling/swimming with great snorkeling opportunity there. As mentioned elsewhere the venting of the AC on deck is not ideal. However that is balanced by fact that the 5 AC units really did the job in cooling the house.

We had a great time. Location was perfect. The unit could have a few more kitchen utensils & silverware. Lots of plates. Carpet a little worn and a few glasses were put away unwashed. Bathroom showers were not as clean as I like (hair on shower walls. I cleaned showers and laundered the shower curtain). Otherwise great place.

Thank you so so much for an incredible time in Kona. We arrived a few hours earlier than check in and called the property and asked if we could check in a little earlier due to having our 3 year old overly tired and would so appreciate having a bed for her. They were able to get us in 2 hours earlier. We did have some issues with the door code but they were very helpful - stayed on the phone with us - after different codes/numerous attempts we got in. It was clean, spacious and the photos in the ad/reviews don't do it justice - the beach/view when you walk in and from the balcony is breath taking! Lovely little walk too if you wanted to do so. Do note it is up 3 flights of stairs and there's no elevators so consider that when packing as we arrived with 6 lugguages haha - luckily my husband and father knocked it fairly quickly and quickly enjoyed the view and comfort of the apartment after that job. I would definitely recommend for families - quick walk to the beach and a large supermarket and a short drive from many eateries. Thanks again :)
