There is a reason this condo repeatedly gets 5 stars. It is spacious, clean, beds and furniture are comfortable, baths are nice, cookware is great, and the view is amazing. The location on the island is nice because you can drive to busier areas but stay in a bit quieter area. The condo is steps from the quiet pool too. Tip: When you arrive at the resort, turn left immediately after the guard shack at entrance. (Don’t follow your GPS as it will take you to the main desk by the pool/restaurant but you don’t need to check in there.) Park on the left in one of the spaces, preferably towards the end of those spaces so you’re closer to building 11. Building numbers are hard to find. When you find the condo, there’s a green bench at the front door. Keypad lock on front door which is very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the extra supplies. Book this condo
you won’t regret it!!

Excellent condo and lanai!

We love staying in Keauhou, and this condo was the best we have stayed in. The lanai is huge with a huge open sunset view. The condo is located st the top of the very large property and on the top floor, but because of the slope, there are only two short flights of stairs to the door. The condo was very clean and the furnishings clean and very comfortable. Two bathrooms and two showers were very convenient. The master bedroom stayed cool and comfortable and we only used the AC in the afternoon for awhile when needed to cool the unit a bit. There is a nice breeze that moves through the condo, and it has great light. We don't do a lot of cooking and the kitchen supplies were adequate for our needs. The hosts were great, and we would definitely book this condo again. Thank you!

Wonderful retreat

This was a great unit and provided everything as listed, plus more. For just two people, it was spacious. The lanai offered a great view. It was very quiet. The unit is appointed with Hawaiian and Asian decor, to include a small gong which my 59 yr old spouse (going on 9) insisted on striking every time we entered or left the condo. There is a shopping complex across the street up the hill with grocery store and several restaurants. The only suggestion I would add is to include an additional sentence or two to the arrival instructions, saying to take a left immediately upon entering the complex. There are a lot of units in this complex. The map app on our phone took us to the rear of the unit and since it was dark and raining, we drove around for almost 20 minutes, finally making our way to the resort check in desk to get a map (and parking pass). Once there, it was wonderful. I’d definitely rather stay here than downtown Kona.

Beautiful Property

This condo is amazing! Great views, beautiful interior, and all the amenities from the kitchen to the sport equipment! The property is quiet, the pools and hot tubs are wonderful. The property also has a bar restaurant at the main pool which has awesome food, drinks and service! We will definitely be back!

Exactly as represented!

We have enjoyed everything about our stay. If you turn left immediately after passing the security building on arrival, building 12 is your destination. A short walk will take you up the hill to shopping at KTA and Longs Drugs as well as happy hour options. The quiet pool is very near and you have already noticed the spectacular view. Very happy to recommend this property.

Beautiful Condo, Very Happy With Stay!

This was our first time ever renting a place through Vrbo, and we will definitely be doing it again! I had a few questions once we booked, so I sent an email and it wasn't even 24 hours and they got back to me! The communication was great. The rental description on the property listing was exactly what it said it would be. However, the pictures of the view don't do the justice for being there in person, it is much more beautiful! This Condo was right off one of the main highways to get you around. Being on Ali'i Drive was very neat too, you could take it all the way into down town. The location was perfect for where we all needed to go. It has all of the kitchen utensils that one would need. They had beach towels, which was nice because then we didn't need to go buy some and then try to take them home with us. There are two pools located on the property, one is a quiet pool and the other one is a standard pool with kiddos. I would 10 out of 10 recommend booking this Condo. You won't be disapointed!
