Location is excellent and it’s always wonderful to be right on the ocean front in Kona. The property was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with needed supplies. Unfortunately it is not air conditioned which wasn’t a big problem for us because trade winds were blowing but I suspect it could be if that were not the case. Windows need to be kept open at night and there’s a fair amount of light and noise outside:
