Teresa was a great host and highly communicative! The condo was clean, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The Murphy bed was also easy to use and there were extra sheets for it. The grill area was easy to use and the pool/hot tub were relaxing! Though there isn't an elevator, there are landings every 8 steps. Parking also easy to find! Thanks for a great stay!

Our first trip to the Big Island… location is on the main drive which gave us options to walk or drive to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Teresa and Rick were very responsive and welcoming. I received information about the unit and things to do on the island well ahead of time. The condo was well equipped with everything we could possibly need..beach gear, drying rack, all kinds of kitchen items, fans. The view was as pictured and we enjoyed our time on the lanai. The grounds are well kept and peaceful.Teresa checked in on us to see if we needed anything or had questions part way into our stay. We would definitely return to this unit at Sea Village.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay! Great place, good communication, and exactly as described. Amazing views, excellent location, and close to restaurants, beaches, and bars. There’s a coffee shop on-site, and amazing poke and banana bread down the road. We’ll stay here again!

Great Location

We loved the view from the deck, well maintained complex, clean condo with air conditioning, quiet. Lots of parking and good location as a home base in Kona. We enjoyed our stay 9 nights. No problems with the unit.

Beautiful Ocean View

This rental was a great choice! We loved the location, the view, and the overall vibe. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, community grills, and neighboring cafe. Walkable distance to shops, restaurants, and beach. Check in was simple, host was responsive, parking was a breeze… Highly recommend.
