Not the greatest this time..

Our room (302) didn’t have blinds, and at breakfast there was no coffee or milk for cereal. The hallways when we got there smelled like weed. Our previous stays here have been great, but for some reason, the quality of the hotel has decreased.

The front desk staff was amazing! There was one woman in particular, and I wished I’d gotten her name, who really went above and beyond to be helpful. We traveled from Georgia and weren’t prepared for the snow. She was so helpful and also friendly & welcoming.

Not terrible but not great

It was okay for the night. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, beds were okay. We didn’t sleep very well, something in the room made our sinuses crazy. We were glad it was just the one night. Only big plus was the hot breakfast was good, the cold food was mostly stale.
