This 2 bedroom home is 200mtrs from the beach and walking distance to all shops and resturants. Sleeps 4 It features Bedroom 1 (1 queen bed) ,Bedroom 2 (2 single bed) All linen supplied .Large kitchen come dining , laundry in bathroom and a large enclosed bbq area out front. Airconditioning in main living and main bedroom. Situated across the road from a new kids playground that also features a bbq area.

Booking conditions

The person making the booking is referred to as the client and must be 21 years of age. The client must not allow more people then stated in the booking to occupy the property. If this is to occur an additional fee for the extra people will apply. The client and all guests agree to keep the property clean and leave the property as they find it on arrival or a cleaning fee will be charged. Great little unit in a quiet conveinient location, only a 5minute walk down to the Kalbarri foreshore.Owners were welcoming and accomodating. They live behind the property but definatley no feelings of being watched or monitored.Would definately book again if we ventured back up to Kalbarri.watched or monitored

Comfortable place located in a quiet neighborhood

The property and the appliances are a bit old - but still in a good shape. We got treated very well, could arrive very late (thanks again) and were helped out with some missing washing detergent. The place is huge and perfect for larger groups / families who even plan to stay more than just a few days.

Fantastic location- 5 min walk to beach and pelican feed in the morning. And good rate and parking. Be aware no WiFi and no heat if that’s important to you. Very cold house in evenings during our stay in July, but owner will bring extra blankets on request. Also, for guest packing planning, some Stays have salt/pepper, tea, sugar and some don’t. This stay did not provide spices/tea but did have soap and TP. Hope that helps!

Amenities - mostly good and in a good location. However, it is listed as air conditioned but the two wall mount air conditioners are undersized for the rooms (living/dining and one bedroom). We felt it was misleading to advertise as air conditioned when there are only two rooms with air conditioners and they were undersized. The windows also did not close/seal properly. On the 40c days it made sleeping uncomfortable. The furniture and bedding was cheap and beds were very uncomfortable! Missing cutlery meant we had to share forks. Noise and sensor light for rear house affected the kids sleeping in the back room.I don’t want to be overly negative but a fe improvements would increase the experience and value of the property immensely!

We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 night to book an other accommodation in Kalbarri. The appartement is very old, dirty and the shower is not appealing to take a shower. Windows can't be closed and the mosquito nets are broken. No coffee or tea, like everywhere else. Too expensive for what it is. We can't recommend this accommodation.

Nice property adverised as 7 beds and could be used however other two rooms locked on arrival, only had two people but prefer separate rooms. Could contact owner yo room open however additional fee qhich is not stated on information when booking. No tea, coffe, milk supplied which is normally standard.

Think twice before booking - would not recommend

Not clean, found several cockroaches alive and dead in the property. Lots of dirt and dust on the floors and cobwebs and spiders. The windows aren’t sealed and fly screens broken so mosquitoes get in and heavily bite! Leaking taps, noisy neighbours behind the property who partied every night. TV doesn’t work properly and the couch is outdoor furniture which is very uncomfortable. Leaking taps and was given one face washer for 5 people and one extremely small bottle of shampoo & conditioner for 5 people! Would not recommend. Location was good as far as easy access to main road.

Don't forget to bring your mouse trap

As only one trap will be provided per unit... Stayed for three nights early March. On arrival noticed that the entire unit was dirty and not looked well after. As an example there were large dust built ups in several corners and wardrobes as well as mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinet. We had a very disrupted first night being woken by mice. They were moving between bedrooms and open lounge/kitchen area, going into luggage bags and eating sealed crackers on the kitchen bench top. Rang the owners the next morning. They were unsympathetic and did not offer an apology. They were aware of mice problem at least two weeks previously. We were shocked to find out that no preventative measures (e.g. poison) had been taken, other than the use of a 'bomb'. Instead we were given s single mouse trap with blood and hair still attached to load and set ourselves. When we asked the owner to provide additional traps we we told it would be an inconvenience for them as they would have to go out and buy some. So instead we went and bought our own. All communication with the owner was done over the phone. At no point during our stay did they come round to check in on us nor did they follow up at all with how we were getting on with the mice. This despite the owners living on site and frequently driving/walking past our unit. Wouldn't go back!

We got this place at the last minute however it was so easy to book and communicate with a host. Kate and her husband are very nice. They also run a rock lobster cruise business that is one of the must you should do here :) We will definitely stay here again when we in Kalbarri .

The house is clean and equipped with everything one needs. House is walking distance to the beach.

For future, it might be worth fixing the fan in the bathroom, leaving instructions how to use the washing machine, as it wouldn’t work for us. Also, we wanted to cook a meal but the stove doesn’t look trustworthy.
