Our holiday home with an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea is a 5-minute walk from the Baltic Sea. The path leads over a sandy path to the beach.
The location on the edge of the holiday area to the nature reserve guarantees rest and relaxation.
The two terraces always give the possibility of a sun or Find a shady place to relax right at the house.
The large windows on the lake side offer a fantastic, unobstructed view of the passing ferries to Scandinavia and the Baltic States.
In the colder season there is pleasant and cozy warmth from the stove in the spacious living-dining area.
In a bedroom you can look out of the bed through the large window front at the Baltic Sea.
The Baltic Sea Cycle Route leads not far from the house along the coast and invites you to bike tours to Travemünde or the cliffs. There is a playground on the way to the beach.
In the small village shop (approx. 3.5 km away) you can get fresh bread and some groceries.

Sehr gute Erholung in Groß Schwansee

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dem Haus in Groß Schwansee verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hell. Die Ausstattung ist für ein Ferienhaus mit sehr hochwertigen Möbeln und Geräten ausgestattet. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über das neue, sehr gut funktionierende WLAN. Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Ostseestrand sehr gut aufgehoben. Schön, es war einfach schön :-)

Wir hatten einen tollen Großeltern-Enkelurlaub. Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes geräumiges Ferienhaus, mit kurzem Weg zum Naturstand (Steinsaum wurde durch Ruhe mehr als aufgewogen), tolle Spielplätze (minimare) und ein gepflegter Ferienort mit erfreulich wenig Shopping und Verkehr, aber vielen Rosen!

Schönes helles Haus in sehr guter Lage. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, alles (fast) da, was man so braucht . Kritik: a) no go: Kein Schrank im Elternschlafzimmer - wir haben den Kofferinhalt auf dem Boden verteilt, b) kein Spiegel im Gäste-WC c) kein Internet, kein Handyempfang obwohl Glasfaser vor der Tür liegt. d) Hinweise zur Umgebung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie wären hilfreich.

Schönes Haus mit notwendigen Verbesserungen

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für die ganze Familie und netten Vermietern. Sehr praktisch ist die Dusche im HWR im EG. Größtes Manko sind die fehlenden Insektenschutzgitter, das war teilweise sehr nervend mit Wespen, Spinnen und Co. Was auch fehlt ist wenigstens ein Spiegel im EG. Telefonieren, Internet - manchmal klappt es mit Geduld und herumlaufen (....Hochtechnologieland Deutschland....)

wunderbarer Ort mit viel Platz zum Entspannen und Entdecken

Das Ferienhaus kann von unserer gesamten Familie (5 Erwachsene und ein Baby) wärmstens empfohlen werden. Unkomplizierte Kontakte zu den Vermietern; ein super ausgestattetes, großzügiges Ferienhaus; 3 min vom Strand entfernt (der wirklich sehr wenig besucht und sehr natürlich ist) - es passte einfach alles! Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter und behalten es auch für unsere Familie auf der Noch- mal- hin- Liste! Die Strecke nach Lübeck für etwas mehr Trubel ist nicht weit; empfehlen können wir auch das sehr schöne, noch nicht so überlaufene, Travemünde (Fisch im Fischereihafen kaufen-nicht vergessen). Mit der Fähre schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem- wir empfehlen das Haus, die Umgebung- es ist einfach wunderschön.

Ein großzügiges Haus in ruhiger schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche in diesem schön gelegenen Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Der Ostsee Radweg läuft unweit am Haus entlang und lädt zu Radtouren nach Travemünde und Boltenhagen ein. Schöner Naturstrand. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Leider ist der versprochene Ostseeblick weitgehend zugewuchert. Einige Sachen haben wir jedoch vermisst: Infomaterial zu Einkaufen, Bäcker, Apotheke etc. Da es kein WLAN gibt und der Internetempfang sehr schlecht ist, war es schwierig an Informationen zu kommen. Im 2.Schlafzimmer fehlte ein Rollo, so dass man es nicht verdunkeln konnte. Das große Zimmer mit Balkon kann gar nicht abgedunkelt werden, gerade Ende Juni nicht so günstig. Und noch Kleinigkeiten wie ein Spiegel im Gäste-WC und eine Ablage für Shampoo in der Dusche wären schön. Sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Dafür vielen Dank.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage mit Garten in einer Sackgasse ohne viel Verkehr. Wer es also mit seiner Familie etwas ruhiger mag und auch einem Naturstrand gegenüber nicht abgeneigt ist, der kann eine entspannte Auszeit im Haus Mirabelle erleben. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, das Haus mit fast allem ausgestattet was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht und der Garten vor und hinter dem Haus hat immer ein bißchen Sonne. Den Sonnenuntergang kann man sehr gut vom Balkon im großen Schlafzimmer genießen. Wer mit Kindern anreisen möchte denkt vielleicht über einen Bollerwagen und Sonnenschirm nach. Beides ist vorhanden und kann genutzt werden.
