We were worried that we were would feel crowded by the other properties, but actually it was the opposite. we had great views of nature, birds and Prarie dogs. We enjoyed the pool a lot. The hot tub was large and great! The grill was fantastic. While we didn’t have a lot of communication with the Stayluxe staff as it wasn’t necessary, the few times we did communicate with them they were so gracious , helpful and kind. Everyone in our party had a wonderful experience.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - We loved the ability to take the trail beside the house down to the Jordanelle Reservoir and then hike Skyridge Peak elevation 7365 . This peak overlooks the reservoir, as well as great views of the Timpanogos elevation 11,752. Great way to start the day! We felt like we were out with such peace and serenity while being just minutes from historic Main Street! We were able to mountain bike right from the house, as well as take a short drive to Deer Valley to lift the bikes up the mountain. One of the best things I’ve ever done!! Highly recommend this summertime activity!! We were also a short drive to Deer Creek where we able to paddle board while taking in the views of snow capped mountains. (Timpanogos) There are also two 36 hole golf facilities that allow you to play in the mountains or at the base. It’s your choice depending on availability. You will more than likely see wildlife as we saw deer and turkey! Beautiful views with once again the Timpanogos around you! The accommodations themselves were fantastic with Heather and Beaux owners of Stayluxe addressing any and all questions! Highly recommend this large well floor planned property and the management company Stayluxe Properties for any and all Park City travel accommodations!”

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a Damage Waiver and Truvi, our host insurance provider. In compliance with new privacy and fee transparency policies, and as required by our contract with the property owner, you will need to complete your Truvi verification by uploading the front side of your ID and a selfie, and sign the Rental Agreement. Additionally, guests must be 25 years or older to book our home, as required by our insurance policy. After booking, you will receive a link to complete these steps. These requirements must be fulfilled before your check-in date, as access to the property cannot be granted until completed.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14-29 nights is required to schedule a mid-stay clean. If you would like to book for 30+ nights, please reach out for our mid-term rental options.

3) HOSTING GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IS NOT PERMITTED. SHOULD SUCH ACTIVITIES TAKE PLACE DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY NECESSARY ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR REPAIRS, AND YOU COULD RISK EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND.

Absolutely incredible property. Perfect for a big group skiing in park city. 13 minute drive to mountain from house. House is well stocked, clean, huge, and well maintained. Hot tub was perfect. Had a big grill as well for a large family meal. Will absolutely be booking this property next year.

Local Stay-cation

We wanted a quick local getaway, and to be a little closer to the area we wanted to snowmobile. This one did the trick. Would book again and likely will.Loved the garage, the racks, the hooks and the room we had to hang up our snow gear not to mention easily parking a couple vehicles inside. Rooms were great, very cozy. Throws everywhere, great beds, great furniture, plenty of seating for meals including the bar, the small table and the large table. Great for board games etc. Guest settings on the television gave us access to Disney plus, youtube tv etc for the small ones.

Group Ski Trip to Park City

The property was great. Well stocked with utensils and basics. Hot Tub performed great and apparently got serviced without us asking while we were out skiing. Found wine bottle opener was broken and Beau brought a new one. About 15 min ride to Park City for skiing and drive about an hour 2 days to Snowbasin.

Exactly as advertised. Large and roomy. Well equipped in all regards. Property manager very responsive. We experienced two weeks of heavy snow and the removal service stayed impressively on top of snow clearing. No complaints at all.

Definitely want to return to the Mountain Gypsy

Seven of us enjoyed a relaxing week long family reunion in this clean, comfortable and beautifully located property watching many hours of the Olympics, cooking together in a well equipped kitchen and hiking many trails within walking distance. The beds are all comfortable. Nice large washing machine and gas grill. The community is dog friendly. This property has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains as well as being on the edge of a lovely wetland area. I even saw two marmots!!! But best of all was the contact with Heather and Beau who were friendly and efficient. Great to work with. Always promptly answered questions. Highly recommend.
