To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please be aware of the following policies:

1. Unauthorized Events or Parties:
-Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting parties or unauthorized events during their reservation.
-Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty charge of $500.

2. No Smoking Policy:
-Smoking is not permitted within the premises, including rooms, common areas, and balconies.
-Any evidence of smoking within the property will result in a penalty charge of $500.

3. Unauthorized late check outs or extension
- Guests are not allowed to stay beyond their check out time unless authorized in advance.
- Any unauthorized late check out, we will charge a late check out fee of $200.

Fees Disclosure:
- Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or an optional damage waiver for stay protection.
- No pets allowed.
- All fees are fully disclosed in advance and processed through secure, VRBO-compliant software “Enso Connect”
- Acceptance of our rental agreement and applicable fees are required to receive access to the property. No exceptions.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND OPTIONAL WAIVER
A US$500 refundable card hold is collected separately through Enso Connect, outside the booking platform. Alternatively, you may choose a US$53.50 nonrefundable damage waiver. The waiver is optional; the deposit remains available, and you do not pay both. The hold is scheduled for release two days after your scheduled checkout, subject to any permitted damage claim; bank processing may take additional time.

A rental agreement is required before check-in where its terms were disclosed before booking. For Airbnb reservations, the full agreement is included under Other things to note, and Airbnb policies prevail over conflicting terms. Contact us through your reservation messages if you need help with the deposit, agreement or access.

No pets, except service animals and other assistance animals as required by applicable law or Airbnb policy for Airbnb reservations. No additional fee or deposit is charged because a guest brings a service animal.
No smoking or vaping. No parties or unauthorized gatherings. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. Respect the occupancy limit and the property’s parking and safety instructions.
