The AC did not follow the thermostat setting and the AC blew directly on you in bed. The coffee maker was a joke making coffee flavored water at best. I was not able to get internet on my phone by the 2nd day there and they could not solve the issue. Even though they have my credit card they still insist on a substantial deposit for "incidentals" without saying what those are. This deposit is not returned upon checkout but will take about a week to return, this is a scam. I can't believe Canada allows this to occur. The rates here are at least double what they should be. I would never stay at this hotel again.

I had a jacuzzi suite for 3 days. I had to ask the staff to reclean the jacuzzi because the first time I went in the tub, there was a dirt ring around the top. They did clean the jacuzzi but did not discount my stay in any way. At the height, I paid $280/night. I would expect basic cleaning standards as part of such a high rate. I also don't understand why the rate fluctuated each night I was there. I would expect a standrad rate throughout the stay.
