Curtains did not cover window with huge bright light just outside shining in. Needs a bit of TLC. Each bed has a sharp metal bar at foot and head of bed.

The room was old and disgusting. We couldn't even enter as the smell of cigarette smoke hit us so strong when we opened the door. The hotel employee was amazing & tried to offer us another room, but it also wasn't appropriate. We asked for a refund and left to find another hotel. Disappointing as we were in Kamloops for a medical appointment for my son.

Right next to our room the people were noisy a lot but at 3:00 am was the worst.Trucks not parked safely by our vehicle. We had to move our vehicle away from our door. A different room would possibly have been better. Won't rent there again. None of our phones could charge at night. Plugins not working.

I do not recommend it

The staff is friendly, but that's it. We had to ask for clean sheets because when we arrived, we found them soiled (blood, stains, hair). The included breakfast wasn't even worthy of feeding a dog and the dishes were dirty if not missing. We were woken up at 11:30 PM by a drill and hammer in the room above us. I chose this hotel for its location close to the hospital, but I would not recommend anyone to spend their convalescence there. Property is really not a priority for this location.

My initial reservation was shuffled to another building. Although the room had been updated, and was clean, the bathroom was nice, the room was shabby. No face cloths or additional TP was provided in the bathroom and although I did advance check-in online, the whole process was frustrating confusing, and time consuming
