Pricey. Staff helpful. Room clean. Decent bed. Great to have hot tub and pool. Balcony view over river and Mounts Peter and Paul great. Handy for bike path access. Breakfast good.

We did not take the room with hot tub because it was on second floor. We did not want to take bags up stairs. The we had was partially remodeled. The kitchen area was not. It was terrible. There black bugs on the screens and patio. The outside pictures on the internet did not exist at the property. It was dirty and noisy outside. It was so bad that we did NOT stay at the hotel. We would like to request at least a 50% refund.

Did not use hot tub or swimming pool. Room was comfortable but not easily accessible for a person on crutches. Reception provided choice of another room not needing access by stairs but it did not have an accessible bathroom and there was no kitchen as I had booked.

Check in was so friendly and welcoming, the rooms look over the river and were clean and spacious (there is some minor repair/maintenance needed, our bathtub had slow drain and loose fixtures but did not affect our stay!) We used both the pool & hot tub, great temps and very clean. Breakfast was a step above continental, with sausages and eggs, and staff was very busy keeping it fresh and clean. Overall we were incredibly impressed for the price.

I had a U-haul trailer with me and the staff were very helpful indeed when it came to parking it in area that was close to my room and very safe. The view of the River and mountains from our room was outstanding, would definitely stay there again.
