This home is found in a quiet, serene and secure area in Namugongo,~13 km from Down town,Kampala. This mordern home features a terrace, large green gardens, a barbeque area, WiFi and flat screen TV. We have a spacious kitchen with an oven and micro wave.

1) We do expect our guests to treat the property as their best friends home!
2. We do provide accommodation services including beds, bed linen, cookery, pots, etc. However this is not a hotel so guests should carry their essentials such as towels, and all other expendables needed for their confortable stay with us.
3) We have a NO SMOKING POLICY . If you would like to smoke ,please do so outside on the balcony.
3)Electricity in Uganda is notoriously expensive , so we charge a small fee of 10 usd/per day of use for the washing machine and cooker, payable at the property upon check in.
5) We do provide cleaning for the common areas of the house including the living room ,corridors and compound at a small charge of 5 Usd per day of use. Guests will be responsible for cleaning their bedrooms. We do not clean guests bedrooms as we want to give guests their due privacy . Guests can request for extra bed linen and towels and we will be happy to provide this.
6) We collect 100 usd as deposit at check in which is refundable at check out minus any extra incurred by guest
7. We do expect our Guests to carefully and respectifully use all house equipment. Guests will be charged for any equipment which gets damaged during thier stay in the property.
8. We are located in a residential neighbourhood as such NO LOUD music or parties are allowed on the propety. Small parties for less than 10 people can be held in the gardens only with permission from the property manager.
9. Wi-Fi can be availabled on a pay-as-you- go basis.
