Arrived at 5.30 am from airport and manager charged me full rate instead of half rate , I insisted on refund. Food was poor and there was no hot water supplied. Room was drab. On 2 occasions , manager said there was no change available and they would owe me - I stood my ground and surprise surprise change was provided. I could not wait to get out - I moved to another hotel even though I had already paid to stay in TH for the same night. Even then , they said they had undercharged me $5 for the night I did not stay and security at door held me up until I paid. Staff tried but were the victims of very poor management / ownership. You get what you pay for - you get even less with this hotel.
