Years ago, we passed through Kanab on our way to take a take a trip down the Grand Canyon & thought... "What a charming, unique community!" It's moto,"The Greatest Earth On Show" was spot on! It wasn't until (2020) that we realized what a central location it was to many of the National/State Parks/Monuments & "The Grand Circle" where many incredible outdoor activities are just a quick drive from such a really cool town. The "Grand Circle" is a beautiful, vast region located in the Southwestern United States. Encompassing portions of five states – Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada – the Grand Circle contains America’s largest concentration of national parks and monuments, woven together by extraordinary designated scenic byways

Have you visited The Grand Circle? If so, then you know how amazing this area is...if not then get ready for fun, entertainment, hiking, biking, swimming, ATV-ing adventure, friendly locals, history & so so much more!

Kanab is 'the Heart of the Parks' & is the gateway to three national parks- Zion (30 miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) & the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks & Cedar Mountain AND MORE. Casa De Paz ll is nestled in the quiet community of La Estancia in the heart of Kanab- within walking distance to town but far enough away that the only sound you'll hear is the sound of your own heartbeat. When you vacation at Casa De Paz ll you also have the use of the private facilities our neighborhood offers~ Indoor pool & hot tub, clubhouse, outdoor pool, gym, spa, and hiking trails right out of our back door. Access hiking/biking to Tom's Canyon & the K-Trail directly from the community trail head just up the street from Casa De Paz ll.

Casa De Paz ll is a newer home that has absolutely stunning views of the surrounding Red Cliff Canyon & in every direction, you will find another beautiful backdrop! Built & furnished with the care & love you would expect in your own home, Casa De Paz ll features 3 bedrooms~ a primary king en suite with a 55” 4k flat screen, a guest king bedroom with a 55" 4K flat screen & a queen bedroom with a 42“ 4k flat screen . Our home can sleep 6 guests very comfortably. We have provided all new linens, towels, pillows, and cozy bedding to make your stay and sleep a dream after a full day of fun. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you should expect to cook a full meal for the family. The living room has ample comfy seating, including reclining sofas, a 65” 4k flat screen with YouTube TV, a Blu-ray player, a large movie collection, & games. The dining table can seat 7 plus 2 seats are located at the island. Our home is equipped with WiFi and Netflix for your use. There is a full-size washer/dryer for your use as well. On the rear patio, there is a gas grill (gas is provided), a fire pit (you must provide wood), and seating to enjoy the amazing panoramic view of Tom’s Canyon.

This property is the perfect location for a grand staircase adventure! We visited Grand Canyon, Zion, and Bryce during our stay and absolutely loved being able to come back, relax, and stretch out at Casa de Paz. In person it looks is exactly as it does in the pictures and pictures

Beautiful Property

My family stayed here over spring break and loved this house. While the weather did not cooperate for all of the outdoor adventures we had planned, we were really comfortable in the house. The views from the back porch and out the kitchen/dining windows were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook and eat healthy while we stayed there. The beds and bedding were so comfortable that it made it hard to get out of bed in the morning.

Convenient to everything

We rented this property because it was convenient to Kanab with the restaurants stores, etc. it was centrally located between Zion and Page, Arizona. The check-in process was seamless. The house was exactly as described. It was clean. We had two adult couples plenty of room. Everything in the house worked, a nice neighborhood. I would stay here again next time we decide to visit this part of Utah.

Wonderful vacation home

The property is exactly as listed. The view from every room is stunning! It’s a quiet neighborhood and perfect for taking a nighttime walk. Kanab is the perfect place to stay to visit Zion and Bryce. There are also many places to visit in town and the surrounding area. We will definitely rent this house the next time we visit the area.

The house exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for exploring Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon. The house had everything we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool felt great on the hot days. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this was by far one of the best we have stayed at. Host was responsive and provided great information. Perfect!

This was our second stay in this lovely home. When we decided to come back to the area, we all agreed we wanted to stay here again! The home is very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the beautiful view while eating breakfast each morning. The location is great and we appreciated coming home to such a nice place after a day of exploring. We visited Wire Pass, Zion National Park, Red Canyon and took the scenic drive up Cottonwood Canyon Road. We also did a UTV tour through the Vermillion Cliffs with Epic Adventures. On the way we stopped at the Nautilus and the Toadstool Hoodoos. We also did one of the local hikes through Tom’s Canyon. Would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a central home base. Five stars!!⭐️

Perfect Place to Stay!

This was called "Casa de Paz", and it truly was a house of peace! The layout of the home was so comfortable, and it was organized and furnished with lots of little extras to make our stay relaxing. The owner was always helpful and quick to reply to our questions. The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was refreshing, and the setting was perfectly surrounded by mountains. Kanab is an inviting little town with lots of good restaurants, and it was centrally located from several of the national parks. We would definitely choose to stay here again on a future visit!

Fantastic …Amazing View…Comfortable

This house was amazing and the host was quick to respond to any questions. This was our first VRBO experience and I am pretty sure no other rentals will live up to this experience. The house is in good driving range to so many beautiful parks! The backyard view is stunning and has a fire pit and dining table to sit out and enjoy! The beds…all three were so perfect for a nice nap or a good nights sleep after a day out hiking. The kitchen was well stocked, even with some spices. There is a desk with brochures for parks to help with traveling too! The host has really thought of everything to make it feel like home, we even called it that for the week! The club house has an indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub, so nice to soak after long hikes! Highly recommend Kanab Tour Company, ask for your guide to be Kelly! She is amazing! When we come back we will stay in this home again and do another tour with Kelly!!

Beautiful Kanab Home

Stayed in Kanab as it was centrally located to Zion and Bryce. The house is perfect for 3 families. We loved the decor, the beautiful scenery off the patio and the overall comfort of this perfect home. Would definitely recommend this property. The owners also communicated well and made sure our stay was perfect.

Awesome home and location

This property was very clean and comfortable and had the best stocked kitchen for cooking our meals, including Thanksgiving dinner. Great location for accessing hiking/exploring the Kanab area and National parks. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.
