Spacious new build with stunning views - 4 BR (3 w/king beds), 3 full baths, game room w/ custom murals, spacious open concept kitchen & living room, dining area, laundry room, 2 outdoor spaces

Enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise over the red rock cliffs on the large back patio. After a day of adventures, relax on the front porch & watch the sunset over the red cliffs in front of the house.

Cross the street & hop on the K Hill Trail, part of the Kanab Trail System
1 mile or less from numerous grocery stores, gas, and restaurants

This relaxing retreat with stunning views is a wonderful place to unwind, recharge, and create memories with family or friends. The unique decor will inspire you to explore the beautiful scenery in the area.

The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area offers a great place to gather. Our fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare meals that you can enjoy at the kitchen island or the indoor or outdoor dining areas.

The garage has been converted into a game room, and there are two walls with huge, custom murals painted by a talented Utah muralist! The game room includes a ping pong table, pop-a-shot, foosball, and darts. We prefer that you do not park in the garage. We have 2 sets of hiking poles in the garage for guests to use during their stay.

There are three full bathrooms in the house.

The Grand Canyon Room has an en suite bathroom. The Arches bedroom is in its own hallway with a bedroom/bathroom. There`s another hallway on the opposite side of the living area with the Bryce Room, Zion Room, and the third bathroom.

Guests will have access to the entire house, outdoor spaces, and yard.

We will not be available on site, but we are always a quick message, text, or phone call away.

This is the perfect house if you are planning on traveling to several of the nearby parks. We used the home as a base to travel to Bryce, Zion, and the Grand Canyon. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make dinner after a long day of hiking. The game room was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for 4 adults & 2 toddlers. The living room, dining room & kitchen are in one big room - great for cooking, dining & watching movies together. There were games for the kids to play. The kitchen is well stocked with lovely dishes and pans. We were so happy here. Our hosts were wonderful - responsive to every need. We travel a lot and usually stay in a VRBO rental. This was one of the best!

This was the perfect location to go visit several areas for hiking and other outdoor activities. Also very family friendly with a full kitchen, games and game room for the kids, and they even had containers for left overs or to take food to your different excursions. One of the best places I’ve stayed in.
