This hotel is great! We had the suit room 1309 on top floor. Very spacious for family of 4. To get an additional room was very cheap but we preferred to stay together. Breakfast had good options from trad Japanese to pizza made fresh in huge pizza oven. Hotel was super clean and nothing was worn or damaged. Let down is no gym or lounge facilities. We would definitely stay here again no doubt

Very pleasant and modern hotel that firmly deserves its 4 star rating. Staff was very welcoming at all times. Self-serve toiletries works surprisingly well. Breakfast service is excellent and is a must-do at least once on your visit. Only two minor areas of improvement: 1) the self-check in was a little bit frustrating, as we first checked in with the reception staff who ran our passports, confirmed charges, etc., only to then direct us to the Self-serve machines where we then had to do it all over again with a slower software. 2) while the rooms are of average size for Japan standards, we are not a fan of the bed being situated right against the wall, which means one of the occupants has a claustrophobic sleep!

Cramped Triple Room and Frustrating Laundry We stayed in a triple room as a group of four during our 20-day trip around Japan. The room was small with a narrow hallway, making it difficult to open all our luggage and move around comfortably. There’s a restaurant on the first floor offering breakfast for a fee, but the food didn’t impress—just okay. On the bright side, we really appreciated the wide selection of complimentary personal items in the lobby, as well as free drinks like juice, water, coffee, and tea. One major downside was the washer/dryer combo machine. It takes 120 minutes to complete a cycle, and even then, our clothes came out very damp—not ideal for travelers trying to refresh their wardrobe mid-trip. The hotel is close to kanazawa train statio. Staff are very friendly This is my second stay here Nice rooms Value for money A shop right next to the hotel for food 10,/10 for this hotel
