Fantastic location, walking distance to kenroken garden and castle park. Twin room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Private elevator to onsen which was very good. Buffet breakfast was high quality, relaxing and staff were friendly and had good English. Checkin was trouble free and onsite parking, for a fee, was not a problem. Hotel had an older elegant vibe with nightly musical recitals in the foyer. Staff were great in all areas. Overall highly recomended and would definitely stay again.
