Just 25km away from Shimla and Chail, Homestay is located in the small town Kandaghat, far from the hustle and bustle of city life. The stay is at the center of various exciting tourist activities like tracking, paragliding, and sightseeing, and with many popular temples around.

The space
The charming concept of staying in a house surrounded by orchids, local farmlands, and stunning Mountain View is a great attraction when youâre at Mohija Homestay, and this particular homestay checks off all the boxes for you! And what makes this homestay more special is the pretty interior decorated rooms, living room with a small library, open garden accessibility, a small patio, and a spacious balcony/terrace to enjoy the serene and hospitable environment offered by the host! The hosts have managed to provide a holistic stay for the guests, complete with the aesthetic pleasure of the natural landmarks and the comfort of modern living.
Mohija Homestay has three suites; each one has a furnished and spacious bedroom with an attached kitchen and bathroom along with a living room with an attached Mountain View balcony/terrace.
This particular suite has one bedroom with an attached living room, Individual kitchen, and bathroom. You will get king size bed in the bedroom area and one sofa cum mattresses (Two people capacity) seating arrangement, a bar area, and a dining area in the living room.
Fully functional kitchen with electric induction, electric cattle, refrigerator, and basic kitchen utensil. The bathroom has hot water, a hand shower, and basic bathroom items. The fan is available in the room; AC is not required during the stay. The room is beautifully decorated with antique props, fancy lights, and books. The room has windows in both the living room and bedroom to see the alluring beautiful scene of hills from inside the rooms.
The outdoor balcony with an artificial grass floor, outdoor furniture, swing, and speckled charpoy to enjoy bird watching in the morning, the scenic mountain view in the day; and at night, sitting under the canopy of stars. The views from the house are breathtaking and you can relax and spend quality time with the ones you travel with. The overall ambiance of the room provides a very positive vibe for the guest.
Homemade food is provided during the stay; however, there are few good restaurants around the city. The food is served at the dining table in the living room. Guests mostly prefer to have the food on the balcony. The menu will be decided as per the guest's choice.
The host is professional enough to provide all the basic amenities, comfort, and security at the place. The overall impression of the home is of a cozy yet elegant home with enough beauty within it, and around it.

ACCESSIBILITY TO THE STAY
Please note that there is a 40-step elevated path leading from the road to the stay. We kindly advise guests who may not be comfortable walking on hilly paths or climbing stairs to consider this before making their reservation. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we want to ensure that your stay meets your expectations. PARKING AT THE STAY
Please note that the parking area is currently undergoing renovation. However, the host will arrange an alternative parking space for you, which is approximately 100 meters away from the accommodation. The host will be available to assist you in parking your car and ensure a smooth transition. If you have any questions or require further assistance regarding parking arrangements, please feel free to communicate with the host. Your convenience is our priority, and we aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
SHARED BALCONY:
Outside balcony and garden areas are shared with neighboring guests. You may encounter other guests utilizing these spaces during your stay. However, we have designed the layout to ensure everyone's privacy and comfort. Please feel free to enjoy the shared outdoor areas while being mindful of others' presence. If you have any specific concerns or require assistance, we will be available to address any inquiries. We strive to create a pleasant and harmonious environment for all guests to enjoy their time together.
