Bee & Bee Bungalow - Studio B&B downtown

This studio for up to 4 bed & breakfast has everything you need: private entrance, private bath, kitchenette, WiFi, TV, & Netflix. Located 1 block from Weston Bluffs Trail into the state park & 2 blocks from downtown Weston where you can enjoy easy access to shops, restaurants, & wineries from this charming place to stay. An in-room style breakfast with locally sourced food & beverages, we can accommodate food alle Wheelchair friendly. We live upstairs & are available if needed. Weston ordinances require all stays to be Bed and Breakfasts. You will be staying in Bee & Bee Bungalow at EMA Farm. This studio for up to 4 guest (first 2 guests included, each additional guest is $25) room gives you the privacy and seclusion of a typical AirBnB while providing you an in-room breakfast. It has a queen bed with a couch that pulls out for an additional queen. A little kitchenette that includes a fridge, sink, microwave, coffee pot, and a toaster is provided for your convenience. There is a TV with access to Netflix. You will have your own private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk in shower. There is a shared vestibule upon entry. Your room has its own key code and is private. All linens are provided as well as basic toiletries. Parking, room entry, room and bathroom are all wheelchair friendly. Please read house rules before booking. You will be provided with a key code the day before your arrival. The house has two front doors and a side door from the driveway. You will park in the driveway and use the side door for entry into your space. Downtown is a 2 block walk away and Weston Bend State Park trailhead (Weston Bluffs Trail) is 1 block away. We are a family of 4 with dogs that live upstairs. We try our best to keep noise at a minimum and quiet hours from us from 10pm - 8am on weekends and 10pm - 7pm on weekdays. We serve an in-room breakfast already in the room for you. We are available via phone or text for any questions you may have. If you have food accommodations please give us 3 days notice and we will do our best to accommodate those. We do not allow smoking on the property. Prior permission must be obtained for additional guests.

This is the cutest little place. We loved that it was conveniently located so walking was easy, but it was still quiet, easy to relax and unwind. The breakfast provided was delicious and the whole place was clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Great stay for our visit to Benedictine College-all house rules & check-in instructions were very detailed & accurate. Things we loved: driveway parking, within walking distance to quaint downtown, yummy homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast, very clean & very well stocked with everything we needed. Temps were pretty cold & there was a lot of snow on the ground, but unit was very comfortable with use of space heater. Jennifer mentions online that they live above with kids & dogs so yes, there's some noise but nothing bothersome at all! We felt safe & comfortable for our entire stay.

Beautiful Day & Evening in Weston

Very nice, clean, cozy, and, cute place, well decorated in farmhouse style. the homemade premade breakfast was excellent. Very comfy bed for the two of us. The bathroom is large, well appointed, and very clean. Everything in this quaint cottage looks new and fresh.

This property is in a great location in Weston with less than a minute walk to Main St where a lot of the shops/restaurants are. The apartment itself was excellent! It has a huge bathroom and came with great food to eat graciously from our host. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice little getaway!

We were looking for a few night stay to have some peace and quiet and to be able to walk to our destinations. Most of them were walkable and if we drove it wasn’t more than ten minutes or so to go to a few surrounding places. Perfect little spot for all our needs.

Perfection!

My girlfriends and I took a day trip to explore Weston. This ADORABLE bungalow was the perfect place to stay! It was very clean, and had literally every single amenity one could want! The host was very communicative and friendly. The breakfast and snacks they provided were just the cherry on top! We were still commenting how much we loved it when we left. I would 1000% recommend this place! Thank you for a wonderful stay and being a bright spot in our day!

Highly recommend Bee & Bee Bungalow! The studio b&b is fabulous with plenty of room and everything you need, and then some. The bed is comfortable, and even has a warming control! My friends and I enjoyed delicious breakfasts of homemade burritos made with fresh, local ingredients, homemade cinnamon rolls, coffee, and more, all courtesy of our very gracious hostess. Oh, and we ate it all outside on a patio overlooking beautiful flowers and greenery and trees, listening to the birds! The location is perfect: just a couple minutes walk to Main St. If you're looking for a place where you're made to feel at home, and where you can easily access all that Weston has to offer, this is it!
