Only stayed here because of convenience to Chiefs game. Otherwise would have never stayed in an old run down Best Western. Didn't bother using free breakfast after first day. The mildew in our sink drain in the bathroom was so gross, it kept floating up into the sink. The bathroom was so small. Floor of shower was gross too. No water pressure. Couldn't wait to get home to get the shampoo and conditioner properly rinsed out of my hair. The big rat boxes around the building scared the living crap out of me. I won't be back.

Staff person at check-in was nice and efficient. Common areas, room and bathroom were all clean. Breakfast was a step above the normal hotel breakfast. Lots of variety. This as a no frills property that is a very good value. I would recommend this property and stay here again.

I hate the $100 deposit they take upon arrival for "incidentals". Should NOT have to do that. Especially when I only stayed ONE night. They allege to refund asap. That's ab 5-8 days. 🙄 Night-time staff were rude & unwelcoming. Bedsheets were dirty so i slept on top with my own blanket. Carpets could use a deep clean. Weird smell in room I stayed in. However, the morning staff- amazing; the breakfast crew- more amazing, friendly, & welcoming. Their breakfast is very good! Hot & fresh. Waffles, pancakes, eggs, potatoes, biscuits n gravy, cereal, fruit + more!
