As someone from overseas, I am surprised by the limited facilities in the room. There was no cutlery, kettle, cup, or glasses provided, only paper cups. The coffee maker is useless without water or a suitable cup to use with it. Whilst the telephone is unnecessary and not connected anyway, it should have been removed. I didn't expect the towels to be changed daily, but they were changed nonetheless, even though I had hung them up nicely. This hotel is not quite environmentally friendly. I noted that the floor wasn't vacuumed during my three days of stay. Breakfast is unremarkable, but it (with what is offered) serves the purpose well. The apples provided were a good supplement. The quality of coffee can be improved.

Bathroom was a little dirty when we got there and we had a stain on the comforter, but it was quickly replaced. We really only used the rooms for sleeping as we visited family all day and night. Beds were comfortable and breakfast while not super diverse, was fine for the price. My kids loved the option for blueberry waffles.

Just 2 flaws...

Overall the hotel is wonderful but a couple of downfalls that might have swayed me to another property... The pool was ice cold...had the heater been working it may have been better or if the room waa heated...AC and water didnt mix well. The second waa the lack of breakfast options...eggs and sausage patties were cold...

The property was clean but run down. There was a hazard warning sign on the room next to ours which concerned me. The bathroom needs updated. The front desk staff was talking on the phone through an earbud when we were checking in. Could barely understand the staff when giving us instructions.

The property was close to my family. It was very clean and safe for me and my son. The breakfast was great and delicious. They had a full breakfast that trilled my son. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Overall our stay was ok. After waiting 35min to check in the first room they put us in was ghetto. The dresser was being held up with a wooden shiv under one side and the lamp was tore up. They got an attitude when I requested a new room. Asking, do you want your money back? This was tempting but many of the hotels were booked up for a wedding and two graduations. It was the small things that made me wish I had paid the extra money and booked at the Holiday Inn months before. The place is dated but clean. There is a pleasant scent throughout the second floor and lobby. Most of the staff are kind. The breakfast was very meh. Atleast it was free. The parking lot had a very strange man living out in his car. The clearly high man approached my daughter as we pulled into the back parking lot one night. The management did address it but it took away from our experience. We saw him the next morning too, sleeping in the same car. There was a loud softball team running in and out of the stairwell. They broke the door in the stairwell and banged on it to be opened. The beds were on the hard side of things(not their fault, apparently it’s a Comfort Inn thing). Atleast it was clean and bug free. The area is convenient right on the highway. Overall it was ok. The place needs a major renovation. I would say it was built in the 90s.
